Cheap plastic

We discovered this after delivery when we moved the piece of cardboard protecting the handle. The top of the door was cracked in two places. Best Buy delivery was great, so it was not from mishandling- just cheaply made.

The burners dial are reverse from what I am used to and the stove top seems oddly placed as there is no good way to use more than say two burners without leaning near the edge with your pan. The digital readout also irritates me as you can set a time or a temperature and if you do not hit start it does not engage. I am not used to hitting start it was always turn to the temperature needed and it would run. There is also no place on the stove top to place your spoons, spatulas and such. Food falls between the grates and these are a two piece grate heavy and difficult to clean. I have had no problem with delivery from Best Buy just not found of the purchase.
