My husband installed two air hammers in back of the machine and the complaints of the pipes banging are nonexistent. We kept the water lines that wwew on our other machine that was wider than the one that Best Buy had us buy which also helped to stop any noise. I love the machine it is very large and great for larger loads. Best machine I ever had. I highly recommend it!

Very good size capacity that fits queen blankets. It is noise but I keep it in the laundry room. I like the delay setting so it can run at night and I can have it ready for the dryer when I wake up.

Doesn’t fill with enough water to cover clothes and if you choose deep fill, it fills ALL the way up. I have had to wet clothing to weigh it down to get the washer to add more water, but sometimes even that isn’t enough. Some loads end up going through three cycles to get all soap out. If I would have known this was going to be a problem, I would have bought a front load. At least my clothes got rinsed by my last front load.

I am in LOVE with this machine.She is beautiful, smart, and ever reliable. I love her musical sounds that all have a designated meaning.. I love laundry now and can't wait to do more. The super large capacity washes like a commercial machine. Love the water sensing features,. Easy to use and has many bells and whistles for a really affordable price.

Exactly 3 years after purchasing this washing machine and Best Buy extended warranty, this product began having problems starting. Turns out, had we researched it first before going into Best Buy to let them talk about it, we would’ve discovered that this is an issue for this machine. The display pad comes on, but it just blinks. The load won’t begin. My husband researched how to fix, but that was temporary. This is Not a Best Buy!!!!

We had a front loading kenmore elite washing machine for 7 years which kept malfunctioning and eventually broke down completely. This MayTag machine is by far superior. This top loader also has deep fill option. The capacity on this 5.2 is huge. I got it with the agitator and works magnificently.

The size is amazing! We went from a smaller front loader, and we would not go back to front loaders after this. It’s large, so you can wash a lot at once. You can do smaller washes/lighter loads if needed, but overall you may not have to wash as fast or do as many loads because you can fit a lot in there.

So after 15+ washes I can say I am impressed with this product. Love the size and the features. The Deep Fill feature is a bonus even though it is an HE washer. The agitator is designed in such a way that you clothes will not get stuck under it and so far nothing that has been washed has been damaged.

I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews before choosing this washer. I was done with my front load and wanted a top load with an agitator . So far we are very happy with the machine . We can we the difference in our clothes. We have also been able to wash many of our large blankets due to size . It can be a little loud but it does not bother us as I would rather have my laundry cleaner.

This machine can hold a ton of laundry. It is quiet and depending on the load can take between 50-90 minutes.

Good washer , easy to use nice features only thing I wish that the deep fill option made more water .

The washer it's really easy to use. Ther noise level is very low. They seem very efficient thus far but I've only had them for a month. I would really like to use them for while and see the wear n tear kick in. We have a large family so these things are running constantly already and doing a great job!

This is a huge capacity washer with an agitator. My clothes are clean. The washer senses how much water to use for each load . I love THIS !!!

The agitator in this washer makes all the difference. Clothes are cleaned in one cycle with this system. Would never switch to the agitator-less models.

Had to purchase this after my old one died after 20 years with only one repair. I do like this machine, has lived up to my expectations and has a lot of different cycles and settings to choose from. It is large and can hold our large comforter for a king bed with no problems. I was told I will not get 20 years out of it again, but at least 8-12...I know they don't make things like they used to but this is made pretty well for todays standards.

This has a perfect load Capacity for my family. An runs very easy through all the Cycles for cleaning

Great washing machine that I bought while it was on sale. I was trying to decide between a few and after reading the reviews I decided on this Maytag. I’m very glad I did. This machine is easy to use and does a great job cleaning all of our clothing.

missed my agitator for the inside of the washer. just think they clean better. this one has a very large capacity. totally thrilled with the amount of clothes i can wash at one time

So far this is a great washer. It's a little loud but bearable. I am able to wash my California King comforter. Some items (towels, blankets) will get off balance and will need to be readjusted from time to time but so far the washer has done a great job.
