Used a 18 month old Samsung with all the options that was at best mediocre. This is simpler to use higher capacity and cleans better than any machine I've used.

I love the size of this washer. I don't miss the agitator at all. It senses how much water to use and cleans great. My things are much cleaner and softer. A great purchase.

I am satisfied with the cleaning of the clothes . I guess I was just too used to my "Oasis'Kenmore Elite that lasted me ten years. I thought the new machine had the same number of cycles, I didn't realize until I got home that it has three fewer cycles than my Kenmore did. I do not have the " Express" cycle; the "Sheets/towels" cycle; "Whitest White" cycle, I had become used to; and I didn't realize the tub was so deep but that's good for heavy bedding. The cycles seem to run a long time, depending on the settings, an hour or more. Is there any way to have a lesser amount of time in a cycle? Overall, I am satisfied. I'm sure I'll make the adjustments needed, to get used to it. I've only had a month. My husband likes the way it cleans ; its design and appearance. So, that's a plus.

Love the large capacity with no agitator! The only drawback at 5 foot tall it is a little had to reach bottom but the fact that I can now wash blankets and my bedspread at home, AWESOME!

Handles large loads very well. Quiet running. Wish it had a quick cycle.

I Love my new washer. It is commercial size, no agitator, less loads, more time to enjoy life. It fits a King size THICK comforter, with room to spare. Love it

I was apprehensive about purchasing another top loader. I was so happy I did! Much better than my front loader and it is quieter and can handle big loads. So happy with this purchase!

I have only had the washer a couple weeks but I love it. It has a huge capacity and is quiet. If you are short, you may have trouble reaching small items at the bottom of the washer.

Now that I know how to operate the machine I love it. Make sure you read about the machine and follow load instructions, you will have better results. One thing you should be aware that since this machine is so big check to make sure you'll be able to retreive the clothes from the bottom of the machine. I'm 5'2" and I have to use tongs to retrieve.

Had a somewhat small space, so front-load washers would not work, but this one can handle a larger load, and is quieter than my previous top and front load washers I have owned.

Love my washer, easy to add clothing once washer is on. Like the deep water option. No agitator, great for washing rugs and large totes...

It is a Maytag washer. So it is a large capacity one. You. Can throw in a blanket or a sleeping bag. What I like the most is so quiet.

Have been doing quite a few loads on this washer and it works great, lots of settings and if used properly we see no issues with it. Very quiet and has very large capacity.

This is a great washer. It’s big enough to do blankets or extra large loads. I like all the setting choices, so I can choose my water temperature and wash settings accordingly. The only thing I don’t have a choice is temperature of the rinse cycle which I assume is always on cold. I like the location of the soap dispensers, so far rinses very clean with each wash. Clothes always come out nicely spun ready to pop in the dryer. Keeps good balance as well during the spin cycles even with large loads of heavy clothes like towels or jeans. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been very pleased with this washing machine. It cleans better than my Samsung did and bigger. 2 yrs later it’s still doing excellent.

Washer is great, I like the large capacity,we do fewer loads, and use less water. however this washer is difficult to unload for shorter people. My wife is 5'1, and can't reach the bottom of the drum to get smaller items making it a pain for her to use.But all the larger capacities washers are this way. I would recommend this washer for people over 5'5.
