I love this washer. We had one problem that was quickly resolved by geek squad repairs. The washer has a huge capacity. Only down side is the depth which can be hard for someone under 5’5” to reach the bottom.

We LOVE our new washer!! It is so quiet, TONS of space, so easy to use and looks great. We are able to wash comforters with no issues at all.

This washing machine uses very little electricity. Clothes are extremely clean, and stains are removed easily. it has the capacity to wash very large loads.

The washer is not only efficient, it looks classy also. Clothes are clean and works great, using much less water than old machine. Handles large loads as well.

Large capacity, quiet and performs very well. Make sure you purchase the matching dryer or you you will be drying two loafs for every one wash.

We've only had this washer for a little less than a month, but so far, our clothes are coming out clean. Although they don't usually get covered in water when we use the auto-sensing default option, they do appear to get soaking wet. And, as I said, they do appear to get clean. We're not (usually) super-dirty people, so I don't know how well this washer works on things like grass stains or ground-in mud,but it does fine with sweaty workout clothes & stuff like that. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 4 stars is the lock mechanism. The door locks as soon as the wash starts, so there's no way to reach in & re-balance a load or add an extra piece. In addition, if the power goes out, the door stays locked. That's a huge issue - if the machine's power fails in the middle of a wash, then you have a washer full of soaking laundry and no way to empty it. Especially in areas where there can be days-long power failures, that could turn out to be a huge problem.

The tub in this washer is much bigger than standard size; as there is no agitator. It’s very easy to use and have a great job

It is the best washing machine I have ever owned!! It fits a lot of clothes so I am able to wash more in less time. My old Maytag was abused with about 7-10 loads per week and it lasted a little over 7 years. I bought this Maytag because it was the largest available and I love It!!! It gets the clothes really clean and you can fit a King size comforter and still have space for sheets and pillow cases. My old washer would only fit the king comforter so it took up more time.

Uses a lot less water than the dinosaur of a washer I had previously and is a lot quieter. I use less detergent and my clothes are just as clean. On excessively soiled clothing I do recommend pretreating with shout or some other stain remover. Other than that it's a great product for my family so far.

This Washer was on a huge discount when I bought it, so I hopped online to check out the reviews to find out if there was something wrong with it before I purchased it. More than half of the reviews that I went through were negative, and then I went on YouTube and saw mostly positive reviews... I didn’t know what to believe so I decided to take a chance with this thing and buy a Protection Plan, just in case. So far the washer has been great with regular liquid detergent. You might have cleaning issues if you use Tide Pods..they don’t seem to work as well with this machine. The Oxi tray and fabric softener work just fine as well. The only issue is that there is a design flaw with the tray itself. It will not fully push in unless you halfway hold the lid first. It’s a weird and annoying flaw. I would imagine that is why a lot of people may say this machine doesn’t clean their closed. Once you get passed that everything on it is fine, and it has a ton of capacity for anything that you need to wash. I was deciding between Maytag and Samsung when I was looking for a machine, and I don’t regret getting this one. I like it.

This machine is the best one ever. It's large capacity is amazing. Quite and really does a great job cleaning the clothes.

Love this washer it does exactly what it’s suppose to do. A lot of the newer washers don’t fill up with enough water this is a very powerful washer it has a huge capacity with a deep fill option so you exactly get enough water for clothes. We were having trouble with our clothes not getting clean with our old setup because of the water issue this was very frustrating!!! For the price this is an amazing unit if your looking for a good deal!

My old washer needed to be replaced. I wanted energy efficient/compliant with large capacity for bedding. This is perfect. By nature of the product it takes longer for a load. Some have speed cycles. That is the only downside. This model does not.

Upgraded to this model after my old washer failed to work anymore after 9 years. So far we had the washer about 6 weeks. Very happy, this machine is quiet, extra large capacity, and uses less water than my old washer. The clothes are comming out clean, even with the use of Less water. There is a setting for deep water wash for towels and blankets and larger items. I hope to get good use out of this machine. The washer was delivered and set up by Best Buy and the service was flawless. I would recommend.

So far we are very happy with this purchase. It works great, clothes come out very clean and because it is so big it does two loads of laundry in one. But if you only have a small load it knows to use much less water so it saves you money there plus the clothes come out so dry already that you use less time and money using the dryer. Only thing is that it is difficult for someone short to physically reach washer bottom to pull clothes out.

It has the capacity we need, it runs quietly, it is efficient and works very well. We are very pleased.

I have owned the washer for two weeks now and I am thrilled with it. It is HUGE! My first wash was a full two baskets! My old washer only did 3/4 of a basket. It fit my king size down perfectly as well as other king comforters I have. Plus 2 pillows and a boppy pillow in one wash with room to spare. I have noticed I need less detergent and softener, but everything comes out cleaner, fresher and better smelling then pervious machines I've used (top, front and laundromat.) So far I am very pleased.

Massive and efficient. Three loads from the previous washer fits in this one. It is fantastic and horrible. Now I will be forced to buy a huge dryer to keep up with the new production. If you are extremely vertically inhibited, you may need a small stool to reach the bottom of the basin. Oh, side note. Wife stopped prior to the beta test, but I bet you can fit a 5 and 7 year old in at the same time for a bath.

I bought this washer after my old Maytag Bravos 300 Series had issues with filling up on the wash cycle and also on the rinse cycle ( I had to fill a 5 gallon bucket with water to initiate the wash cycle and then on the spin cycle I needed to turn my machine off refill with another 5 gallon bucket of water and then my clothes would be done). I had experienced these issues at around 6.5 years of ownership and decided to replace my old machine just before having it for 7 years. I had went from a 4.7 CU to this 5.3 CU drum. It's awesome to be able to wash 2 king sized comforters at once! This machine does take a lot longer on a cycle then my old machine did which is kinda interesting considering they are both High Efficiency non agitator machines. I frequently use the wash with Oxi option which takes about an hour a half per cycle. I was used to spending around 55 mins on my old unit for the normal wash, warm wash, high extraction mode. My only real major pet peeve thus far is the controls are SUPER sensitive and you would think just touching play would be enough to start the cycle but no I have to have my finger in just the right spot and then WHAM! the washer begins and my clothes come out CLEAN! I've even been getting my bathmats to be really clean as well. Delivery was fantastic! And yes if you are used to using lots of water with an agitator machine this machine does use a bit less water however I actually think I use a little bit more water now then in my old machine even before it started not working right due to the fact that this machine has a deep water wash function that my old one did not. This machine is a very musical one and will play a catchy tune at startup as well as when the clothes are ready to be removed. I did buy my machine during the President's Day sale for 629.99. Even at the normal 808.99 pricing it's not a bad deal just time your purchase for the sales if you are able to. ;)
