Good and holds a lot, but does wring the clothes a lot and wrinkles them. First machine for us without an agitator

Bought the washer for capacity and it's great! It's fairly quiet, too, so a good choice for a washer near bedrooms or living spaces.

Love the capacity, handles large loads with ease. Clothes come out very clean and towels don't fray as they have with other top load washers I've had. No complaints at all. Much easier to get clothes in and out compared to front loader I've had in the past.

Quiet and efficient washer, I did need to get use to the options for my needs. Darker loads I use extra rinse and bulky items like towel & bedding I use deep water wash. Light touch to activate buttons, found in the beginning I was pushing to hard.

This washer works great. The top load factor seems to both clean and dry my clothes much better then my last front load. The large capacity allows for both comforters and large loads which is helpful with a large family.

Got this on Labor Day sale for my mother to replace or Samsung front loader. So far has not had any issues and actually enjoys a Toploader more than her previous washer. Large capacity, very quiet, and very modern looking with Simple dials

Why would anyone want a more expensive front loader? This Maytag top loader is awesome! Huge, quiet, quick cycles.

We bought this to replace the piece of crap LG washer we only had for a few years. We have a large family, with many swimmers/polo players so I am constantly washing large loads of towels (and stinky mildewed clothing/towels that get left in backpacks) with satisfactory results. I'm not sure exactly how clean it is getting all the items, but they don't stink so I'll call it a win.

We have had our new Maytag washer about six weeks now and really like it. The large capacity is a real bonus and allows us to increase the size of our loads which saves time and money. The available settings took some getting used to but we have figured that out now. With regard to those settings, the one thing that we wish we had was a quick wash setting. We do miss that feature that we had on our previous machine.

Finally my clothes is clean!!! After having a front load washer ( bad experience) I don't have to leave the door open. the cycles aren't 2 hours long to be sanitized. The washer is big quiet, and the most important thing it does the job. Love it!

I got this washer 50% off due to it being scratched on one side. Fortunately for me it is the side that is against the dryer and nobody will ever see. Anyways, as some reviews have said, the washer does tend to leave soap spots on clothes. I thought that perhaps they just weren't using the right setting, however after trying every possible setting....it's still happening. Sometimes it won't leave any, others it leaves a lot. I usually just throw them in for another rinse. I would be far more upset if I had paid full price for the washer. It does a good job other than the soap spots, lots of fancy features and it's not SUPER loud. Of course we have it downstairs so I'm not sure if hear it anyways. The only thing I've yet to try is a different detergent, although I'm already using detergent made for these types of washers so not sure if that will help. Will update the review if it does.

This washer is super large. I can fit at least two comforters in at once. It seems to wash everything great. No problems as far as electrical yet, which is something I’ve had in the past with a Samsung. So overall decent washer.

This replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool and wow, washing machines are a lot nicer now! Huge capacity, tons of options, quiet, and great upgrade.

This machine is very nice. Gets the clothes clean. Easy to use. Holds large comforters. Deep tub.

This washer is really large and efficient. The problem is with dark clothes. When washing black t-shirts, leggings or any dark soft materials, at the end of the wash cycle the clothes tend to have a white lint look on them. At first, I thought this was due to having used to much laundry detergent, so I rewashed the clothes without adding any detergent. This did not solve the issue. The only solution that I have found is to do a rinse/spin cycle with the fabrics that have the lint on them. It helps, but doesn't always solve the issue. Some of the lint will come off in the dryer, but not always and not all of my soft clothing gets dried in a dryer. This is the only frustrating issue with the washer. Other than this, the washer cleans well, is very efficient and quiet. However, if you are shorter than 5' 5", this washer may not be for you. The tub is VERY deep, so reaching to the bottom may be an issue.

This washer is a 5 star washer. It has a large drum capacity with many features. This washer is very quiet. This washer has many features including a deep wash cycle. Ease of use is what this washer has. Would highly recommend

The washer has so much capacity that we don't have to do laundry nearly as often as we did in the past. Great on water usage and the sensed cycles for the size of the load is a great feature

This washer has many features, really quite, large enough to wash my big queen size comforters and lets me know when my clothes are done by a chime. I would recommend this washer to anyone who is going to buy a new washer.
