It’s size matches that of my family’s needs. I’m a bit on the short side so I have to find something to stand on or stand on tiptoes to reach the bottom. The dispenser isn’t easy to clean and has discolored due to our rusty water but I have no complaints on performance.

Loud noice and gears slipped - still checking into

The washer seems to be a lot louder that when I first got it. I've only had the washer since 12/26/2019. The worse part is my brother bought the same washer I did a week later and he said, it doesn't get his clothes clean. I have to agree I don't think this washer cleans the clothes like towels and white clothes as good as my old washer, which probably means it doesn't clean any of my clothes very well. Would I buy this washer again, right now I'm not feeling it. Which makes me really sad.

Loving my new washer!

I am finally able to wash my King Size comforter at home now in my own sanitary washer and dry it as well. I just had to get the conbo of them, the savings wasn't half bad either! So thank you, thank you Best Buy for helping me fall in love with this washer! Plus making my life with laundry less of a battle.

The washer is a good quality washer, water is based on sensors that determine the amount of water needed. The installation was very simply using best buy technicians made the process even easier. Highly recommend this product.
