We've had the washer installed now for several months..Laundry comes out clean. It runs quiet so the door does not need to be closed

The drum size on this washing machine is huge, it watches my king size comforter and other linens with no problems . I love the size of this washer. The machine it self takes up no more room than my last washer, which was a lot smaller inside.

I have had two front load washers, one that was great and one not so great. I was a bit apprehensive about going back to a top loader but seems to be without cause. Love this machine. It is HUGE! What used to take 3 loads is now one. It’s amazing.

Great size, can almost do every towel in the house! Missing a few of the finer features, but getting large loads done, it's great.

This washer is very water conserving, perhaps maybe too much so. When washing black clothes, you have to use the bedding cycle in order to get all soap to rinse out. (This was recommended by Maytag when I called customer service, because this cycle actually fills the barrel with water after sensing the load size.) This washer is a replacement for my previous Maytag Bravo, which was able to fully rinse black clothes with the rapid wash setting. Other than this, the washer is very good and I would recommend it.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it stopped working today. I upgraded from a 12 years old (still working) whirlpool washer/dryer. Well, seem like it was a downgrade in terms of reliability. Looks like the user interface board rusted out due to not having a waterproof coat which all other manufacturers do (this is a washer, there will be moisture). One of the reasons why I bought this, was a 10-year warranty sticker on it (btw, that does not cover anything other than the steel bowl). The replacement cost for the user interface board is $250-$300 which probably will break in a few years again. Just to save a few cents, they did not waterproof their circuit boards on a washer. No wonder why they are losing to Samsung/LG.

Maytag has never failed me. I had purchased a Samsung washing machine 2 yrs ago that had a recall, options were to repair or credit towards another brand. Well that was a no Brainer! Love my Maytag, so many cycles and settings to choose from. My favorites are the extra rinse cycle and soak. This machine says no agitator, but unlike others it has 3 raised ridges that go into the center bottom of barrel. This helps to move the laundry around. The wash barrel is very large, going back and forth filling and washing. I have not used all the settings, the bedding seems to fill with the most water. Can't go wrong with this machine, thankful for the recall! If and when my 18+ dryer goes on the brink, Maytag it is!!!

used only few times so far not used to the low water use and non agitator action of washer. still weighing all the facts on.

I'm Happy so far. Still early to say how long it will last. My old one lasted 23 years. Love how big loads it can take.

I purchased this washer 6 years ago. While it is fine at cleaning clothes it does have a design flaw in the lid. The lid is glass and plastic. Over a couple year the plastic around the hinges cracked and broke. We replaced the lid and it has happened yet again. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this washer.

I can wash 2 king sheets, 4 king pillow cases, and a king comforter in one load. They come out clean, fresh and smelling great. Also spins very dry. It works just as well for a small delicates load or just a normal load. I'm am very satisfied with this washer.

I simply love this machine; saves water, less time to wash a load. The machine gives you the "time"it will take to complete it's cycle. What a time saver. I can wash a king size comforter without a problem fitting in this machine.

This is my first experience with a washing machine without an agitator. Love it. It is a little taller than my other machine.

Love the extra space for cleaning & soaking laundry. Great for my comforters towels & even small loads. Do not have to go to laudermat anymore. This machine is Top. I own a Hair Salon so I am constenily washing tons of towels with several loads -Not Any More.

This washer replaced a 6 year old Maytag that stopped working. Washes well, large capacity, a bit longer load times.

This washing machine is best one I have owned so far. I love not having an agitator in the middle that clothes can wrap around. It's easier to keep clean, has so many features and isn't noisy. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone.

We are a family of 4 and It does everything we need it to do. Doing 3-4 loads a week and we are very pleased with the outcome. It seems to handle everything we throw at it. It seems to operate very efficiently and gets everything done well.

I love my washer, I ordered online so I didn't realize how deep it is. but I love it anyways. washes a huge load.i like the different options you can choose from and the lid closes slow so it doesn't drop down hard

I really like that this washer can hold so much. I can even fit my comforter into it with no problem!!
