A little hard for my 5'3 wife to get all the clothes out because of the depth but would definitely purchase again.

I am not short but do have short arms. I have a small step stool near by, the only solution to retrieving small items from the bottom.

I had shoes on when I purchased the washer, but had a little bit of trouble when I got it home.
