It takes a bit to get used to with it not using as much water, but clothes are clean! I am switching from a front load to the top load washer. I have to say that I made a good choice!

I didn't have any experience in washers, so this was my first purchase of one. I have had it for almost a month now, and I haven't had any issues with it.

The thing I like best about it is that I don;t have to remember to lower the water level when I don't do a "full" load .. it senses the load size and adjusts accordingly. The one thing I'm not real hot on is that the "start button" doesn't always start the load.

I don't like that it uses less water because at times not every part of the item is wet. I washed a queen quilt and it had detergent left on it in different spots, even though the tub itself is large and I used liquid HE detergent. Another fleece blanket that was washed separately had dry spots. Also it doesn't have a short cycle for a small load. So it runs long, at least 55 minutes. I don't care for this Maytag washer.

I find clothes don’t fully soak unless you choose the bedding setting. It’s reviewed at being able to wash a king size comforter but our summer time set (less bulky) never comes out fully clean. All in all its a decent budget washer but I think all of the washer sets made without agitators have this same flaw.

I just can't get use to not having a full tub of water even when I use the deep water setting. The machine still trips me out, but it get the job done very well.
