Great complement to the dryer we purchase, superb capacity and quality

I guess I'm just still old school with some things. I just can't get use to not having a full tub of water even when I use the deep water setting. The machine still trips me out, but it get the job done very well.

Bad washer. Customer service also bad. I tried to contact the producer but didn’t get anywhere with them. The washer doesn’t rinse clothes well. It leaves the lint and whatever residue on dark cottons. I’m a mom of two, and this is not my first washer but I never had a problem like that before. I wanted to return it but couldn’t because more than 2 weeks passed and the product was no longer eligible for return to the store. I contacted Maytag and they had no answers. They wouldn’t even send anyone in (well they would at my expense) so that didn’t help. Apparently I’m not the only one having the lint issue as they have the whole section on it on their website. I use plant based liquid detergent, not powder, I add extra rinse and dark cottons most likely have to be rewashed. I have lots of clothes that don’t go in the dryer so that’s not a solution for the lint. This machine washes fine, it just doesn’t rinse out properly. Would not recommend. I’ll be looking to change soon

Plenty of room for heavy loads. Also great cycle options for specific loads.

Good capacity. This top-load machine allow us to wash king sized quilt easily.

Does a very good job for the money spent. Too many 'extras' means more to go wrong.

The Maytag 5.3 Cu. Ft. top load washer was a great replacement for our old washer. This washer runs more efficiently, requiring no repeated run cycles, as our previous washer did, to complete a wash load cycle. Our clothes and bedding etc. come out clean and fresh. I really enjoy the spin cycle efficiency, our clothes seam to use less drying time in our dryer.

This is a good, very large, standard washing machine. There is not a fast setting, which the sales associate told me was the power wash and I questioned that. But that just means hopefully less to break. I knocked off a star because I'm super annoyed that it came scratched on the outside and chipped in the inside - I ordered new and not floor model and it does look like that. It works well though and can hold a lot.

This washer is great. It washes all my bedding with no issue.

We have had this for about 3.5 weeks and it runs amazing. Large loads, easy to use, and is pretty quiet.
