I tried to contact the producer but didn’t get anywhere with them. The washer doesn’t rinse clothes well. It leaves the lint and whatever residue on dark cottons. I’m a mom of two, and this is not my first washer but I never had a problem like that before. I wanted to return it but couldn’t because more than 2 weeks passed and the product was no longer eligible for return to the store. I contacted Maytag and they had no answers. They wouldn’t even send anyone in (well they would at my expense) so that didn’t help. Apparently I’m not the only one having the lint issue as they have the whole section on it on their website. I use plant based liquid detergent, not powder, I add extra rinse and dark cottons most likely have to be rewashed. I have lots of clothes that don’t go in the dryer so that’s not a solution for the lint. This machine washes fine, it just doesn’t rinse out properly. Would not recommend. I’ll be looking to change soon

Also the installers messed up and flooded my kitchen and wash room. Still waiting to hear back from their insurance to have things fixed.

This washer runs more efficiently, requiring no repeated run cycles, as our previous washer did, to complete a wash load cycle. Our clothes and bedding etc. come out clean and fresh. I really enjoy the spin cycle efficiency, our clothes seam to use less drying time in our dryer.

Good standard washing machine

There is not a fast setting, which the sales associate told me was the power wash and I questioned that. But that just means hopefully less to break. I knocked off a star because I'm super annoyed that it came scratched on the outside and chipped in the inside - I ordered new and not floor model and it does look like that. It works well though and can hold a lot.
