Good programs, it is missing just a soak option, fast and efficient.

I browsed a few places for this Maytag washer and finally decided on Best Buy. The pricing was good and the delivery date was key as this unit is for a rental property. The delivery company called 30 minutes out as requested and the removed and installed the new unit in under 20 minutes. Thanks Best Buy.

Huge drum, quiet, a lot of great options for wash cycle.

I only gave it a "good rating because the wrinkle control setting does not work as well as a Permanent Press setting that I have had on other machines.

Very happy with our Maytag washer. Easy to load and easy to use.

Able to wash clothes more efficiently. Not clear on how to shorten wash time so miss that flexibility I had with my old model; but overall I like the new product. Am a big Maytag fan.

Extremely large unit, and very quiet while operating.

This machine is the worst. The water doesn't even cover the clothes so you have to rinse them twice to get the film of lint, dirt, etc off the top clothes. I'm sure the energy efficiency rating is because it doesn't use much water. It's really harsh on your clothes (no water for them to move around in so they are twisted and pulled on) so you have to watch what you put in. Never again ! Front loader or good old fashion machine with the agitator in the middle. It looks nice but that is about it. Check out Maytags reviews complete opposite of BB reviews.

Excellent washer handles large loads. Love the delay start.

Bought this after another brand who shall remain nameless was getting lined up for a third repair. Like the clear top. The install purchase was key as kinda a tough spot. They powered through, got it up and running ! Thanks Best Buy installers. Overall needs a quick review of the manual to know the basics of use.

The washer is smooth and quiet very spacious and thorough wash cycles

This washer is a commercial washer for home use. It will handle all that you can throw at it. Before buying this product we had to go to the laundromat once a year to wash my wife's quilts and other large items. That is a thing of the past now.

This is by far, the best washer we've had. Saves time and energy!

The washer works great and it's really quite. Wife loves it.

Does a great job washing your basic clothing and towels. Wasn't to happy how it handled a queen size comforter. But the wife likes it.

Not only the performance is poor but Bestbuy customer service was no good, I was trying to return the washer machine for bad cleaning and they didn't honor the return. The washer take too long and clothes come out with soap on it, hopefully Maytag Company do something to resolve the issue. My previous Maytag over 14 yrs and still working fine, only minor repairs done to it. When you buy a washer machine you spect it to last, and also your clothes to come out clean after each washing cycle, too bad it's not happening in this case.
