I love the size of the washer but I have a problem with the amount of water it puts in. For big loads such as comforters towels etc it barely covers the items if it covers them at all! I usually do a second rinse because the detergent looks like it just sits on tops of the items. This is my only complaint! I guess there is just one water level and it is low!

We have used several brands of washers over the years for our family of 4 and Maytag has great features and reliability. The Best Buy crew from sales to installation to hauling off the old machine was prompt and professional. Maytag and Best Buy get the job done!

It’s a great deep washing machine that actually agitates and cleans your clothes you can also make sure that it’s got plenty of water in it not like the front loaders that do that dry washing stuff this is the real deal just like mom used to use.

I am very happy with the choices I have made about my new Maytag washer and dryer. I also got a great price and a great service from Best Buy. It took me three weeks to make our final choices, my family is happy, just regret that I couldn't afforded the extended service warranty for both units. Thank you.

Our washer is wonderful !! It actually holds more than my old front loader and doesn't buzz when finished, it chimes !! The sensor wash is great for conserving water and energy.

Now that even the service guys are saying the machines are only built to last 5 years, it was nice to get one of this quality at a good price. Washes very well

Was excited to purchase a Maytag set, however, the excitement dwindled as the washer doesn’t seem to clean as good as we would like. We’ve also had white blotches on black clothing that looks like detergent spots. We use non-scented ALL detergent so not sure why this happens. When I wash sheets, the sheet will engulf the top of the washer like a hat on top of everything underneath. Wish they’d put the agitators back in the washers.

Big, beautiful, efficient and exactly what I wanted!

I had to get use to the push button on and off buttons. The only problem I have encountered is the depth of the washer. it is hard to reach the bottom to get the clothes out. I didn't think to check this at the store. The salesman at the store was excellent and I would definitely go back for another appliance.

Ive tried all the new brands and finally went back to a name that has been around my entire life! My wife wash clothes every year, so i found myself buying a washer every 3 are 4 years!! Either they would rust out are a part break. I went back to maytag and so far no problems!!

I’ve only had this machine a couple of weeks so it’s too early to say for sure but I have a good feeling it will be a wonderful machine.

Works good. The only main issue is I cant reach the bottom very well to get the clothes out.

Washing close is so easy for a family of 4. I get most of the washing done because the inside is so big. It really washes the clothes well and my clothes never smelt better.

At 5 foot 2 inches i find it hard to reach socks or underwear in the bottom of the deep washer. I love how large, but maybe raise a few inches.

This is an ok washer. It will do an ok job. If the load is large, doesn't drain out all the water . The clothes will still be dripping. I tried a full-size comforter and same thing happened (our old Kenmore washer used to drain all the water from this same comforter). Yes, it will wash medium and small loads well. But larger loads don't get the best wash and rinse.

The capacity is amazing, the only difficulty is keeping the clothes away from the sensor but really it’s not THAT difficult. Also since I’m kind of short it’s hard to reach the clothes at the bottom when it’s time to switch them to the dryer, HA! That’s obviously a problem of my own and nothing to do with the washer but if you’re short you’ve been warned! It’s not that bad though really. It does get louder than I expected when it’s spinning but it’s nothing compared to our past washers. It’s really a great washer and I swear my clothes smell better than ever even if I don’t use fabric softener! I’m truly impressed.

I have no complaints about this washer. I read the reviews before I purchased. It works great I seen where some people have said that it left stains on their clothes. I have not had that issue. If you do stuff your washer just like any washer it won’t clean good. That maybe their problem.

There is a bit of a learning curve at first to get the type of wash desired. It washes large loads and gets them good and clean.

I've had this washer for a few weeks now. It works great. Better than my old GE front load. The double impeller wash agitation works very well.

I got this machine after my front loader went out after 15 years. I decided to get a top loader because they are less expensive and I got the floor model. I didn't even know they had top loaders without the center piece now. This machine is a bit weird to figure out especially with the new designs and it's much noisier. I'll get used to it but I've only had this machine for a few weeks.
