We like the large capacity. The actual ability to wash is nowhere near the old Maytags! I did some yardwork, came in and threw my NewBalance shoes in, and they still had mud in the grooves underneath at the end of the cycle. I believe ."Deep Water " Cycle is the best for this type of cleaning. Our old Maytag was far more aggressive and would clean those shoes spotless! Otherwise it's fine. It even plays a song when it's done.

This is a very good washing machine , it does a great job . Large enough drum to wash comforters and bedding with ease. Have tried all the different settings and all do the job they were intended for . Love the color , white with a stainless control panel, very classy design.

I think the best thing about this is the amount of laundry it can hold! We haven't used all the different options but it definitely gets your clothes clean!

Love this washer... I had tried another one and I was super unhappy with it. Very very very grateful that Best Buy allowed me to exchange... and have great installer I had the first time. So much happier with this one. THANK YOU!

Have used Maytag Washer and dyyer products throughout our married life. They have always performed well and last longer than most.

It works great. My wife likes it alot. The only thing is the machine is a little bit louder then we thought.

When picking out new appliances for our brand new home, we not only wanted something that had quality that matched up with the name, but a product that gave us a matching look that appealed to the eye. Quality product that will deliver long lasting results for us.

The new buttons are not bubble/push types (which was a source of failure of my less than 10 year old Kenmore Canyon Capacity). The selection nob is rotary. The selection buttons like power, start and other optional features are touch sensitive, like on our cell phones.

Needed to replace my frontloader that no matter how much I did the tub clean it still left my clothes with an odor.

This washer is awesome, gets even the biggest of loads done in no time, is very quiet. I can fit all of my comforters in here no problem, where as some family members have to go to the laundry matt to wash some of their bigger comforters, highly recommend.

The only drawback, it’s gets unbalanced sometimes, I would give it a 4 1/2 stars, it’s does look cool on the dark

We have only had this for a couple weeks now but it works wonderful and it is huge. More than enough room to wash nearly everything at once.

It's a great machine, but it's not meant for someone short, I can't reach the bottom to pull clothes out, sad, sad thing

This set has many different settings and does a great job in washing the clothes. great for comforters too.

Everything is good except the dryer does not get clothes completely dry no matter what I have tried

Washer was non functional 3 days after purchase (Fill Valve was bad). Best Buy Geek squad said it would be at least 3 weeks to get a tech to look at it. Ended up calling Maytag to get repaired under their warranty. Purchased 2 yr replacement from Best Buy, but 3 weeks to even be looked at on a new washer?!?!

I love the washer so far! It seems like it's a little loud when it's switching cycles but other than that it's great!

Auto sensing is excellent - wash times are fairly quick - used diff types of detergents pods liquid etc had no issues

We love this washer. The sensing mechanism allows you to just drop the dirty laundry in and not worry about the water settings. We replaced our 13-yr old Maytag washer with this one and we were surprised at all the additional high-tech features.

Love this washer. I've never had a Maytag before, but several friends recommended their top-load and one of them recommended this particular model. It's efficient and has a super large capacity. I washed 3 blankets in it at once and had no issues.
