Seems like I always have to run the extra rinse option if not it leaves residue, very large capacity though

This machine makes a lot of weird sounds the guide it gives says it’s normal but it sounds bad I will need to call them and have them come out and look at it I would only recommend this to a friend if they purchase a warranty like I did I’m not sure about this product because of all the noise it makes

Sometimes I set the Dryer to just fluff for a few minutes and the dryer seems to know better than I do what I want.

This washer is huge, basically could fit all clothes into one load. With my old washer, I would have three to four loads at the end of the week. Now all clothes fit together with the towels washed separately! The only issue I have is it tends to be slightly loud between cycles when the water is draining.

Washer ties the entire load of laundry into a giant knot by the end of every load. Laundry must be untied and untwisted before putting in drier and results in sleeves and pant legs getting very stretched out. Seems to clean ok but the knotting is very frustrating and it can't be cleaning that well if the laundry is in a giant knot. The top loading, no agitator LG I had before this machine worked a lot better even though it didn't last long. I would not recommend this washer at all.

Very deep tub, I'm 5'0 I have to use a grabber to get to grab clothes from the bottom of the wash tub. So deep my 8 yr old grandson fits in it. . I'm NOT head over heals crazy about this machine. I'd like to just throw my clothes in the machine, put my soap in and turn the thing on.. besides sorting clothes. Laundry shouldn't have to be a science in stacking clothes only on the sides. Geez

I had to replace my washer after more than 20 years. If this lasts as long, I'll be so happy. The water save feature on here has already saved me almost $10 a month on my water bill and my clothes already come out clean and smelling fresh!

Seeing a picture on computer does not give you enough info as to how deep the tub is. I am short and it is difficult for me get my clothes out of the washer. I wish I would have a smaller tub for ease in retrieving my washed clothes.

I like it but next time I might purchase a more simpler washer machine, I've already had minute issues with this.

we had samsung w&d for about 4 years and they were the largest top of the line most expensive set at the time. . luckily we bought the extended warranty because in the 1st 10 months there was an issue with the drum in the dryer, a recall on the washer because they were exploding. I had to replace the heating element 3 times blah blah blah.. already this maytag set seems better built. even though they are smaller capacity the washer is direct drive with means less moving parts that could fail and they have the best warranty in the industry. my wife only complaint, besides the smaller capacity is that the washer doesn't have a "quick wash" cycle. we have 6 kids and 2 dogs so we do a lot of laundry. even without the quick wash I feel like this set keep up just fine and we got a great deal on them.

Much faster and spins out more water than my last whirlpool washer that only lasted about 3.5 years. Hopefully this washer lives up to the commercial hype!

Water level is able to be set. Con: Softener(Downy) does not dispense well and stains clothes.

I love this washer, it is made to last with commercial parts and has tinted glass and a stainless steel looking drum without the clunky center so you have room to put in large blankets or a comforter. The washer senses the load size rather than you selecting it. The machine has lots of silver accents and lights for custom settings. I've gotten compliments on it as the lights make it look like it's a complex panel for a spaceship, also it tends to make alot of cool sounds when your making a custom selection

Great washer, super quiet and looks like a vigher quality build than other washers in this category. I feel the warranty on the pump and drum( 10yrs) speaks for itself. I anticipate a long life for this washer. I higjly recommend this washer.

I am so happy with my new top load washer. I had a front load and it made my clothes stink. I tried every trick and kept the door open all the time and still no long. I would never purchase a front load washer again. So thankful for my new washer.

This was the best purchase yet! The washer is extra large for loads such as blankets and sleeping bags. You can wash over 10 pairs of jeans! This is the perfect washer for a large family. A little costly, but worth the money. It works great!

Washer works well, but lid broke at the hinge right out of warranty. The metal hinge inside a plastic lid is recipe for disaster. The lid has to lock or machine won’t run. Cost of repair is almost half the cost the washer itself.

Returned a Samsung Front Load after major problems. Wife went back to a top load washer. So we looked at all in store and she chose this one. So far so good. Happy wife Happy life.

.Best Buy ordered and delivered the washer as promised. The two young men picked up and remove the old from my home that same day. It was and easy and uneventful transaction. As always Best Buy made it easy and joyful experience.

Washer has a hard time staying balanced. I had two separate contractors professionally level it...it still bangs around. It’s noisy. It wrinkles everything terribly. It’s def roomy, but it’s a pain to wash comforters and blankets because it will stop and give you off balace signal.
