I've only done smaller loads in this dryer so far and it's a long way to the back of the dryer.

Love this machine! Very quiet, big inside and clothes come out very clean. There is not an agitator which I also love since my clothing are not coming out damaged or stretched out. End up purchasing the matching dryer as well.

Washer works well, but lid broke at the hinge right out of warranty. The metal hinge inside a plastic lid is recipe for disaster. The lid has to lock or machine won’t run. Cost of repair is almost half the cost the washer itself.

Returned a Samsung Front Load after major problems. Wife went back to a top load washer. So we looked at all in store and she chose this one. So far so good. Happy wife Happy life.

I was skeptical about a machine without an agitator but have been impressed with the product and what it does. I especially appreciate the savings with water. I believe I am seeing that even now

This was so worth it. Firstly, the washer is enormous. It is twice the size of my old one. The water extraction cycle really does the job. The dry time is much shorter. It's an excellent buy.

We love Maytag products, they last forever! This Washer is super spacious, quiet & efficient. It was a very good value buying is together with the Dryer at Best Buy. The delivery & installation was very quick too!

Lot different than older model. Took some getting use to. Does a good job of cleaning. Uses a lot less water.

So far so good with this washer had a front loader could not wait to throw it to the curb!!!! Nice to have a washer I don't have to clean to stop mold build up and I can do a load of laundry in under an hour. Oh yea and they're clean!!

A little too deep for me feel like l might fall in to get clothes out

This seemed like a good washer. All the specs were great. However, it does not get clothes clean! Loads have to constantly be washed at least 2 times. Sometimes 3 times. We have used every setting that the machine has and it does not make a difference. IMHO- Without the agitator in the middle it does not seem to clean at all. Now 2 months after buying we are getting constant error codes with almost every load. Will update when we hear back from Maytag customer service. Not sure what warranty actually covers. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

We did a ton of research on machines before purchasing for our home. Maytag has a reputation for being a great brand, but the lack of agitator in this washer has us constantly fighting dirty clothes. We have only had it a few months and are already looking to replace it.

Excellent performance since we purchased this washer over a year ago. Easy to use and works very well.

Had it a little over a year and it started showing different error codes. Now it continuously says LF (low flow) and won’t run a single load without stopping and showing this code. We switched out the hoses and still have the same issues. Sometimes the washer will run for two hours or more so we have to pay attention to whether or not it is still running. This was my first HE washer and I’m regretting it. If we don’t go right back to the washer when it stops and If we allow the clothes to sit, the soap will start discoloring the clothes that’s immediately on top of it. We’ve had a good amount of ruined clothes before realizing this. Do not buy this machine! Or take your chances and hope my situation is just a one off. Wish I hadn’t gotten rid of my 20 year old, simple washer. Waste of hundreds of dollars and what do you know, just out of warranty!

not sure if water is supposed to leak from the soap tray from time to time while NOT running

While researching washers I knew I didn't want to have a low water HE washing machine. I bough this one because the specs said it was not a high efficiency design. Well upon the first wash the water doesn't cover the clothes. Thought, ok a fluke. Next load a little bigger, same thing. This is ridiculous! I called Best Buy (the toll free number) get hung up on twice with no answers. Just more upset that I feel stuck with this purchase. Then to call the store and have the sales guy tell me that I don't have geek squad protect so it'll cost me extra for them to come look at it and suggested to call Maytag myself to get answers. I am running out of time. Working 6pm to 6am its hard to stay awake long enough to make phone calls and don't want to sit on the phone in the break room with any conversation. Finally get time to call Maytag and go figure!!!! It is a high effientcy, low water washer. I am furious and will be returning both the washer and dryer as I bought them as a set.

I been using it for almost 2 years, Maytag does an excellent job and the quality of the product is just amazing, I love that bestbuy did a price match on my purchase at the time because I saved a lot of money.

Love love love this washer. It has a very large capacity and its not bulky at all. It washes great and its quiet.

Very good washing machine, I really like the extra large capacity. I had an older model (Maytag Bravos X) stop working after 11 years of high use so I did not hesitate to buy another Maytag.

It was not a great purchase. Very problematic. Too many glitches.
