I don’t know how this product could possibly receive good reviews unless these people are being paid. I have heard that people are being paid now to leave good reviews. Read the dab reviews they are all true. I carefully read the instructions a few times before I began my laundry. Three loads of wash were destroyed including to expensive throws, that load was done on delicate. Towels that are pure white came out twisted and gray and frayed, second load. Third load my pajamas and t shirts also done on delicate were ruined twisted torn and frayed. I want this machine out of my house! But surprise! There is no one to take the calls on the return number, it simply hangs up on you.

if you are short 5'1" you cant reach all the way down into the washing machine to get the clothes out !!! However , There is no other problem with this washing machine

Some like the sounds, but I do not. It is easy enough to mute.

Saves water, but be careful when washing rugs and down filled bedding

Love my new washer! You can fit so much stuff in this washer and it is so quiet. Along with the matching dryer they’re actually pretty nice to look at too!

Great washer but you have to know how to use it. Has several options that will take care of specific levels of dirtyness. A lil deep my wife needs a stool too reach the bottom.

This is honestly the best Washer and dryer set we have ever owned. Made in America means something with Maytag. I couldn't be happier with our purchase

I wish there was a way to increase the water amount when washing clothes. It looks like there's not enough water to really get clothes clean. In fact, sometimes I have to wash items twice because clothes are still not clean. And I'm not over-filling it! Would buy another machine if I had known.

My first washing machine was a maytag, after marriage. It lasted for 40 years or more. I am more than sold on Maytag quality and style. Would not consider any other brand.

I had to purchase a new washer as my Samsung washer of 2 years needed a repair over $600 so I decided to shop for a new washer. I wanted a less complicated washer that is not Bluetooth savvy when I was introduced to this washer and it does not disappoint. I love that that it has an xl baskets so normally my 5-6 loads has been a reduced to 2 loads thus cutting my wash time in half. You do need to play around with the spin cycles to know which ones will provide the best clean for your clothes but once you figure that it you will absolutely love using this washer

Doing the research pays off this is good, reliable machine.

My wife loves this washer. Quick and quiet. Replaced a front loader that vibrated from day one. No more mold. Should have done this years ago.

Had a front loader washer & decided to get this top loader. Absolutely best decision by far.

The tub is deep so if your short you may need a stool to reach the bottom. Not kidding. I use tongs to get the very last layer of clothes out!!

Very efficient washer. Cleans articles without any problems. Love the various selections for temperature, water levels, soiled levels etc.

It's a little large for my laundry room but it works great.

Wife loves it when it works. Super large and easy to use. After just over 1 year (12 to 14 months) the washer had electrical issues needing a control panel replacement and another part replaced. Understand this has been a common repair problem to the point they were out of stock on the second part to fix the washer. Buying such a high end Maytag washer you would expect to be worry free for much longer. Two weeks without a washer and going to the laundromat.
