Wife loves it when it works. Super large and easy to use. After just over 1 year (12 to 14 months) the washer had electrical issues needing a control panel replacement and another part replaced. Understand this has been a common repair problem to the point they were out of stock on the second part to fix the washer. Buying such a high end Maytag washer you would expect to be worry free for much longer. Two weeks without a washer and going to the laundromat.

This is a great washer with all the features you will ever need. Only thing to get used to is the digital buttons are sensitive so just press lightly.

Great but lint trap is hard to get lint out not a good design

The washer is wonderful and it meets my needs, I can do large loads of towels after my grand kids get out of the pool and bedding after over nights.

The capacity of this washer is incredible. You could wash two small children in here, easy... :-) We loaded it with sheet sets from one queen and two twins, and there was still room. It handles large loads very well, but can deftly handle smaller loads with its smart load sensing technology, to ensure you aren't wasting water. Beautiful washer, would highly recommend.

I got this maytag washing machine just 2 days ago. But to my disappointment, all my dark clothes have white residue. I am using the Tide's HE powder detergent as recommended and using warm water - normal cycle. Even tried using less detergent than I used to use in my old machine but still the clothes are coming stained. I can see the white soap residue on the steel drum as well. I just read a review from someone on this site, complaining about the same problem, and I wish I had read that review before buying this brand. I am thinking of returning this machine. Hopefully Best Buy will take it back.

Love that I can do giant loads and everything comes out super clean. Andy my sales guy was awesome and the install guys were super quick and did a great job.

Great manufacturer with a great reputation for quality and service. Doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that some come with, but does the job very well.

Took a little getting used to but is a good washer so far!

I bought this washer for the deep water feature but the water never came up enough to get all of my clothes wet. Very disappointed. I returned it the next day. Very helpful employee helped me pick out a replacement. Fingers crossed for the new one.

This machine does more than clean better than my last washing machine! It expresses out water more effeciently and thoroughly as well!

Super impressed at how well it cleans my work clothes! I do commercial plumbing and piping and come home filthy!!! Makes quick work of all my clothes

The top loading washer is nice. I like reaching from the top as opposed to the side. Our salesman was very nice and helpful.
