I was looking for a good washer as my washer blew a bearing it was not worth fixing so I headed to best buy where I know they have the best prices

The washer is great and this is one year after getting it installed. No problems. Gets clothes really clean and spins them almost dry.

Very nice product with full cycle/fabric features.

It makes washing easy. The installers stated that they were not able to install washer because they could not get the hose off. The plug it in the wall and said that it worked even though the water hoses were not connected. They also stated the dryer was too big for my laundry area. I contact the Geek Squad about my installation services for both the washer and dryer. They gave me two different appointments. The Geek Squad person for the first appointment set up the washer and dryer and cancelled the second appointment. He did an excellent job! The delivery persons didn't care about customer satisfaction.

My new Maytag washer was delivered quickly and so far I am pleased with the performance. The delivery people were very helpful and professional.

I love the top loader. It’s a very nice machine. You don’t drop as many clothes on the floor transferring to dryer.

I am convinced this washer does not actually wash the clothes. No matter what size the load there is always part of the laundry that is completely dry at the end of the wash cycle - right in the middle of the machine. It's like the water just runs down the sides of the machine and doesn't get moved around or something. On top of that the clothes always have a residue after the wash cycle - some times it's like lint other times it is like caked up detergent in some areas. Most times the clothes appear to be just wet - and not clean. I have a family of 6, with children so I fully expect all of the kid's clothes not to have the food and other fun stuff on them after they are washed - not the case with this washer. We've had it for over a year but it has always done this. I'd taken a picture at one time but figured there is no point because I'm sure we are stuck with it. I was sold on getting this brand because for some reason ( commercials) I'd thought this was a great brand machine to have...Not True At All. Very disappointed with how this machine "washes" clothes. If I had to do it again I'd buy a machine with the piece in the middle that way all of the load gets wet during the wash at least.

Not 100% pleased with this washer. I had no idea it would be so loud. From start to finish, you can hear the washer going throughout the house.

I love the large loads that I can do at one time. I also love the way the water adjust to the load and the quietness of the washer.

I love my great, new washer! It is big enough to hold all sorts of things, plus it does a great job. I'm so happy with my purchase.

I love the fact that I can fit more laundry in at a time. Not one comforter but two at a time and still have room left over. Awesome!!

Does it all cleans large blankets and towels and saves me money

Takes forever to wash a load. It does hold A LOT but the whole tub never fills up. I’ve actually pulled clothes out that don’t feel wet or look washed. ALWAYS have to use the deep water setting. I’m 5’2 and have to use a step stool to unload and that’s not even a big deal to me. If I had it to do over I wouldn’t but this machine.

Top loading washer is much better choice than front loader. Never have that stinky moldy smell and the slime ring that front loaders get.

Pretty solid washer. It can take handle large loads of laundry. Downside is it leaves a ton of wrinkles. Even with wrinkle guard on and it’s lowest spin setting.

Bought this as a matching set with dryer. Cleans well, but takes a longer time to wash than our old agitator model. Drum is very large and works well with blankets & rugs.
