Owned less than 3 years and the control panel has needed to be replaced 3 times. The third time was right after it was replaced with a brand new panel. We decided to trade it in for different one but unfortunately that means we lost the remaining 2 years of our protection plan we paid for. When it worked it was ok, there were times that some of the clothes didn’t even get wet.

So I bought this for a gift to my grandfather who takes amazing care of his stuff he uses maybe once a week for small loads now that it’s just him in the house. Well I’m sitting doing nothing in the house he went to open the lid and the lid hinge shattered and now I can’t seem to find parts now that I bought it one year ago and didn’t buy the extended because he isn’t rough. It’s made from junk products and brakes easy wouldn’t tecomend and to find the help is harder then the plastic!

This the worst washer I have ever owned. My first hint should have been when it did not work correctly on the first day. I thought the 15 trial period that Best Buy offered was great but who knew that by the time it was repaired my 15 days would be about gone. Once it was fixed it did a better job of filling but still not always quite enough to circulate the cloths properly, it does add extra water in multiple times in an attempt to get the correct water level, but each time it does it tends to add time on to the cycle so the time displayed in the beginning is just and estimate. It also tends to ball our shirts up so tight that they look worse than it we would have slept in them but a lot of the wrinkles do come out if you shake out each shirt before putting it in the dryer. Due to its tendency to ball and twist I have had some items stretched and others outright ruined in this machine, Wish I would have bought another front loader

It's too deep for a 5'1" person. I have to use a grabber to get anything at the very bottom. Socks, underwear, washclothes, t-shirts, all are out of reach. It does NOT get cat hair off the clothing, even in deep water setting. It also leaves white splotches on our clothes, and we only use liquid soap for HP washers.

We needed a good new washer, and opted for this one. Super happy with it so far!

I can wash comforters with ease & more clothes with a tub this size. It has great features! :)
