Although upon purchasing I wasn't please b/c of the water level it allows you to was clothes, I started getting a error code that the lid was not closed enabling it wash. I would not repurchase ever ever again. not satisfied

The service guy came three weekends in a row and didn’t know what was wrong. The leak ended up stopping on its own. But the washer doesn’t wet all the clothes or wash right. I have some days where I have to rewash clothes because they come out completely dry even with the deep water and extra rinse setting. Not to mention that’s already almost 2 hrs for a wash. I’m really sad because I was so excited for this washer. I’ve had it for 7 months and can’t seem to like it
