I have 3 kids so clothes get dirty. We have found that the kids clothes don’t always come clean. I get normal stains like juice but dried up food was still on the clothes after washing. The issue is this machine doesn’t have the agitator and it doesn’t use enough water. We found that if you use the “ deep water wash” cycle it works better. Besides that it looks nice...

This is large enough/deep enough its a challenge to reach the bottom! Looks very elegant and has a fancy display, though it has some very....interesting sounds when you push buttons.

Some of the shirts were still partially dry, as in they never got wet. And not a little spot. One was the whole back of the shirt! We bought this because it was a Maytag, for a top loader, and for the larger drum. It even has a bedding setting, which you apparently can't use because it doesn't have enough water or friction to clean the clothes. Sales associate explained that just because the drum is bigger doesn't mean you are getting more water. Govt regs. Have had it two weeks and it is going back.
