    DO not buy this machine. If there had been an option for a no star review, I would have chosen it. I know the goal is to cut down on water usage, but even in the deep water cycle option, your clothes don’t all get wet. You will pull them out of the dryer and they will look and smell like they have never been cleaned. It doesn’t matter how you load it (supposed to load in piles on the perimeter), what settings you choose etc. Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy which wasn’t long enough to try all the different options to see if we could get it to work better. Trust me, Just get an old-fashioned agitator style washer unless you like walking around with dirty, sour-smelling clothes. The dryer rocks but the clothes get so beat up in the washer and come out so dry that the dryer can’t get any wrinkles out. Hope you like washing your clothes 5 times before they’re wearable and that you love to iron!

    Never had one issue! Holds the equivalent of 4 large loads of laundry! All clothes are washed well with no detergent stains left behind! Get the matching dryer! You wont be disappointed.
