I have had this washer for 2 1/2 years now. This is the worst washer that I have ever used. All this time, I have been refraining myself from posting a review, hoping the performance to become any better. The water level is never adequate and most of the time, some of the clothes never get wet at all. Especially when you wash the bedding, this always happens. The cleaning is not proper either, even though you make sure that the load is of the right size and you arrange the clothes in the proper manner. I always feel that the clothes are dirty even after washing. Don't be deceived by it's size, it's not able to handle a load of 2 twin blankets. I would suggest not to get this washer, even if it's given free of cost. I never thought that a great brand like Maytag could make a terrible washer like this.

I don’t like that I’m not able to wash a small or medium load of clothes in less than 57 minutes.

We bought this for the looks, but didn't read reviews. I'm hoping the reviews were wrong. Water level on any setting doesn't get high enough, but these are supposed to be water savers right? I can't tell if clothes are getting as clean but my wife doesn't think so. The Pod detergents aren't the same as liquid, we switched back to liquid.

The cold water valve failed after a month. Maytag repair replaced the valve. A month later it failed again. Very very frustrated. Currently waiting for a call to see if Best Buy will replace the valve again since this is the second time. I thought this was a good brand. I would not buy again. It's true they put cheap parts on machines now because that's how they get their money. You are forced to repair or buy a new one since none lasts long anymore!!!

I don’t like that it locks out and can’t add an item but I like the size which is why I bought it.

I had really high hopes after my kenmore washer died (was 10 years old). I purchased this maytag hoping it would last but after 25 days (purchased this on 11/20/17, its now 12/15/17) I have to return it. The machine just made a horrible sound and makes a humming sound. Looks like these might be lemons.

Worked well at first but now will not fill with water and only had the set since June 28th

I like my new Maytag, but I'm not "in love" with it. The thing that keeps me from loving it is that there's not enough water, even with the "deep water" cycle. I've had a couple of loads come out with spots and stains....That just doesn't happen in my laundry... until now. Too bad. I really wanted to love it, because I do a LOT of laundry.

Base on my in-law 15 years with Maytag washer & dryer experience, I finally settled for a pair of grand new U.S made Maytag. I’m glad that I got rid of the water leakage Samsung washer & Samsung noise maker dryer after just barely 5 years owning them. When comparing 5 to 15, it is 3 times reliability Maytag could handle its product QC. The verdict is clearly favoring Maytag for me personally. For features and performance optimization, I would recommend to read & follow its manual instruction and you’ll see what you may have missed when using the washer. Overall, it is a great buy for me. No more Samsung.

ThIs high efficiency didn’t initially do a great job getting clothes clean, but we figured out that it was due to using pods instead of liquid. The high efficiency mode doesn’t use very much water. This washer does have a “deep water mode” that basically turns it into a regular washer. You don’t have to select water levels at all, as sensors detect how many clothes you have loaded and adjust accordingly. Overall a very nice washer. I would buy again.

very dissapointed. Reviews on this product were high. It refuses to drain on heavier loads. Technician has serviced it 3x thus far. Even the tech was surprised I was having so many issues. His opinion was this is a great product.

Be careful, you might only want to do laundry once every four weeks. There is SO much room in this with its added height and no agitator in the middle.

Leaves a white residue on the clothes. Doesnt use enough water.

I've had a better washer. Seems like there's not enough water to wash my clothes how I'd like.
