Bought this made in USA washer despite sales people heavily pushing Korean product. Holds a ton of clothes is number of loads is greatly reduced.

I'm a bit disappointed that I cannot fill the machine with more water and I also cannot have just hot water in the load. I could turn off cold water on my old machine and fill with just hot. This machine gives an error message if cold water is shut off. There are times when I want just HOT water to clean and sanitize clothes.

Just had the second one delivered and installed. Unit shakes like crazy in spin cycle even when empty. Floor is level and machine is level. Will be getting a different model. Best Buy better have another that matches the drier.

I have tried every cycle on this machine , and was left with clothes that had to be washed again . Even smaller loads and this is an extra large machine . It is not worth the money I spent . I would not recommend this washer .

I had this washer for 2 1/2 years. I've had it worked on twice in the past 4 months. I thought Maytag's were supposed to be reliable. I had an LG washer before this one. Never had any issues for 5 years.

Sometimes the washer doesn’t start the washing process when the button is pressed.

This washer can fit almost 2 times the amount of clothes than my old model and it is whisper quiet! The soft close lid is also a great feature.

I buy a new washer at least every 3 years, to much use maybe?, I hope the size of this thing helps prolong its life time

After 18 months of washing 6 loads per week, the control board died and cost $450 to replace!! And I don’t even like the washer! It takes anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to wash a simple load. I need to use the deep water setting for the clothes to even get wet. And, any visible dirt must be prewashed because it will not come out in the machine. I would discourage anyone from purchasing this product.

I totally love my new washer with the larger washing capacity. I don't have to send my bedding to the cleaners. Yeah!

The washer vibrates while in the spin cycle but overall is a very good washer.

Please do NOT buy this wash machine. I was so disappointed to receive a Maytag that was this incompetent. I bought this initially thinking it would last me years, but to my surprise it only lasted me about 1 day. After the horrible noise it made it was time to take it back. I was holding onto hope that it would all be well if I just got a second one that was the same brand. That unfortunately, was not the solution the next Maytag did the same thing and I finally gave up. I only wish bestbuy was better at helping me with this huge mess.

I love my new washer! Does a great job cleaning my clothes. It's quiet also. I'm glad I got the metallic slate instead of white.

I wanted to wait a while to post this review to see how this washer actually performed. After looking at positive but mixed reviews I was not sure what to expect. Mostly the criticism was due to lack of water for wash cycles. I have owned for 9 months and used the “Deep water” setting every time. Unfortunately it doesn’t clean well. All the clothes are covered in lint after using. It seems to be getting worse the more we use the washer. As you can imagine dark colors look terrible and have to be lint brushed. At this point working with Geek Squad to see what to do. Fortunately, we bought an extended warranty.

I had purchased this washer but returned it because I felt the clothes weren't coming out clean. I used the proper level and cycle for washing my clothes and the water level didn't even cover the clothes. I had to wash them twice. So I decided to go with a front loader instead and love it!

I’m an old school guy , try the first load and got a big surprise, the machine wash my cloth with 6-7 gallons of water , ok let see maybe new technologies and yes I got big surprise most of my pains which oil mark and dirt soaking on the top , still have all the mark . So I have to wash them again with my old washer , think about return

Works great a little noisy so I close laundry room door when running.

I chose this washing machine for its size, thinking it would accommodate our huge loads of laundry, in addition to our super small loads as well. Thanks to our old pets we are washing our king size bedding a lot, their blankets, towels and several of the dogs wear belly bands, for incontinence, that require washing almost daily. The first load I washed was the belly bands. The washing machine gives so little water that it didn’t that I couldn’t see any water after it finished “filling up”. It probably gave me about 2-3” inches of water, maybe. Well, it did not get rid the urine smell in the bands. I end up hand washing them. This type of load requires more water than this machine is programmed to use. Our back yard is a muddy mess, I have to soak my clothes in the tub to get rid of the mud before it goes into the wash! I washed several of my more delicate clothes; and, with so little water it has ruined a few pieces, with so little water it rubs and beats everything against the bottom of the drum. I wanted to return it, but my husband panicked was so worried about not having a washing machine (we were without one for two weeks before buying this one - a tough two weeks!) Oh, I didn’t tell you, this so called smart machine weighs your load and decides how much water it needs, you have no say in the matter. So, if you wet all of your laundry before putting it in the tub it will weigh more and trick it into giving you more water.

Do not buy this machine! Luckily we added the protection plan because we are now on our third replacement of this very same machine - within 9-12 months you start getting an error code that says there is an issue with the "board". And no one - including the geek squad - ever has the part or can come fix it in less than a week. When it works its great, but if you don't want to have to replace it every 9-12 months then I highly suggest going with a different brand. This is the worst.
