We have had issues with the washer shaking. It’s on a concrete floor in the garage and we’ve had a Geek Squad tech come out and balance it. I know it should have some vibration but this shaking is a bit more violent at it’s worst. And now, only after a few weeks of use we are hearing loud scraping and squeaking sounds during the spin cycle. The scraping can actually be heard any time the basket spins, even at slow speeds. At this point i’m very disheartened. I thought we got a good deal but it seems like this model can be quite defective. Buyer beware.

And after a week I knew I had made a mistake. Fortunately I purchased my W/D with Best Buy and they exchanged with no questions. Delivered and installed the Maytag W/D and I am thrilled. Works great, looks great. I will never purchase anything by Samsung again and will ALWAYS purchase my appliances through Best Buy due to their amazing satisfaction guaranteed exchange policy.

No matter what setting we’ve tried, clothing doesn’t get clean. How about this... wash clothes and when it’s done the clothes never got wet. I’ve even watched thru the glass and they don’t get wet. Something is way wrong with this machine. Deep water isn’t deep water at all. I will never purchase another Maytag, period. Very disappointed!

A lot of times I have to rewash load to get it clean.

Error Codes Galore

THEN the error codes started "unbalances, E2, F6, E3"....after months of fighting with Geek Squads warranty and fine print, all I have is a heavy paper weight in my basement and have to spend additional money at the laundromat to wash my family of five's clothes. Geek Squad protection for appliances is THE WORST. Their fine print and "30 days of waiting between EVERY repair visit is THE WORST. Stay away from this machine and Best Buy's warranties for large appliances. It is not worth the time or the money.
