Thank first set I owned was a pair of Neptune washer and dryer. I owned them for 12 years. Passed them to my son and his wife who owned them for 8 more years. The last set I had was a set of LG. I passed them to our middle son and his wife and bought this set. I'm in love with it

It comes with extended warranties on certain parts like the tub. After purchasing a Sa*s**g washer that lasted only two years, I recommend spending a few extra dollars for a quality machine. I would also get Best Buy’s extend warranty, it is very reasonable and you will get piece of mind.

This one is much more sophisticated, and it will take some time adjusting to the different settings. My wife is short, so the deep drum is difficult to reach all of the clothing at the bottom. Other than that, we are most pleased.
