Horrible washing machine

I had a 14 year old Kenmore front load prior to this and I didn't realize how great of a washer it was. Do not purchase this machine. Not having an agitator is a nightmare, it does not clean your clothes at all! Our clothes came out dirtier than when we put them in. All darks come out with white soap lines on them, lint all over them, and some of the clothes don't even get wet in the wash cycle. Do yourself a favor and buy the front loader. Luckily we were able to return this to Best Buy within our 14 day window and exchange it for a Whirlpool front load, which we love!

However, I purchased 5 year protection plan which is null/void once it's replaced. Something is not right about this. I requested full refund including protection plan so I can buy different machine.

It does not get your clothes clean. The electronics malfunctions sometimes when there is 18 minutes left and you are force to start over after resetting it. This usually happens when you have a light load. I would not recommend this washer!

That’s the issue with too many digital/computerized components. Maytags help line couldn’t quite diagnose the issue either. I hope it doesn’t happen again so early on in the purchase of this.

If you have actual dirty clothes don't get this washer. No matter what setting I used items didn't come clean. I had to wash them 2 and 3 times. Probably a great machine for the yuppie generation, but not for those of us who work for a living.

The motor that agates the clothes is not big enough. The service tech that came out said too stay away from these washers becouse they are cheaply made!!

I’m so far disappointed at the small amount of water these use. I remember the days when top loaders soaked our clothes. :(.

When you go to put your clothes in the dryer, they are sometimes not even completely wet so you have to wash the load again. Also it is noisy. If I could return the set for something else even if more expensive, I definitely would!

Your Washer tub will not fill as much as your previous Washer. The U.S. Department of Energy requires all new Washers to use less energy than the Washer you replaced. There is not enough water to clean clothes and the agitator is pointless. It's just like sprinkling water on your clothes as someone is shaking a bucket. A majority of the time the laundry is not even wet after the cycle is done and that's using the deep wash cycle. I would not recommend this washer. I'm so surprised at the good reviews on this as that is why we made the purchase. Don't buy, unless you like dirty clothes.

Some clothes come out completely dry m because the clothes just wash in place. I have to manually move the clothes if I want them to wash properly.
