The product washes clothing thoroughly and has a great load capacity. Knocking it for 1 star because it "walks" from its original position during the rinse/spin cycle.

Does what a dryer needs to do, dries the clothes. We bought this model specifically because it still has buttons and knobs instead of wonky touch pads that work when they want to.

I purchased this dryer online and waited two weeks for it to be delivered. I received texts giving my delivery date and time. I waited all day and no one showed up or called. After spending an hour trying to reach someone about my delivery, I finally was told something happened to my washer and it would be 3 or 4 more days until it could be delivered. If I had not called to inquire I would still be waiting for my dryer. So I canceled my order, drove to Lowe’s and bought the same dryer on the spot for less. They had far superior customer service. Please stay away from Best Buy. They were an outstanding company years ago and I’m not sure what happened but I will be spending my hard earned dollars elsewhere from now on and you should too. Hope this review saves someone some time and trouble.

Every time the dryer vent is cleaned….the lint goes everywhere. And the dryer top is slanted…can’t even set the detergent on top. Can’t even set the dryer sheets on it….slides off. Most of all….completely dislike where the vent is placed.

Poor product, poor company. Bad product!

Warranty? Had their service technician try to repair my gas dryer 4 times. The technician gave it 4 tries and called it not repairable. Whirlpool is a Maytag and they will not replace the dryer because it still operating. They don’t replace equipment. Whirlpool is a poor company will bad warranty coverage. Buyer beware of any whirlpool or Maytag products!

Not Happy.

Bought new and have spent more time trying to have it fixed than I’ve actually used it. This will be the 4th attempt for the repair service to make it work. After this time of it isn’t fixed I will place it on the high traffic corner in front of my house chained to a tree with a sign “Maytag Sucks” after which I will buy a different brand.

Knob selector suck

Do not buy knob selector broke bought new knob lasted 3 day scheduled a repair no show waited all day only12 months and two weeks warranty is out knob cost 40
