Great costumer service, They were very friendly and answered all my questions.

Doesn’t seem to have a sensor in it as I have to restart it 2 and 3 times to completely dry my load. And for the money there’s no light in the dryer? Wow. Consumer reports was spot on but what do you do when you want the units to match. The washer is really good the dryer wasn’t rated that great. It has a rattle to it and they came out to fix it but it didn’t get fixed so when I called customer service again they told me I should just go into a different room ! that’s great customer service.

The dryer is great. We had to go to one of your competitors to get it though, As Best Buy kept delaying the delivery date.

If the specifications and description had been accurate when I purchased this I would give it 5 stars. The item is described as having a steam function, which is listed in the specification section of the Best Buy product page. It does not have a steam function, nor does it have the required connection on the back for a steam function. My purchased was based in part on this information, so I'm disappointed. Other than that, it's a decent product.

since its a stackable, the power buttons are not so accessible from down below. otherwise, its a reliable machine

It is a basic dryer-nothing remarkable. Once you get used to the settings it gets the job done. The manual is useless. You get by on trial and error

This is a high quality dryer....it drys clothes in heavy loads and can handle comforters with ease. The label says it has a 10 year warranty but I think Maytag is the best in appliances so I wont be needing that.

Bought this dryer last month to match the washer. It has worked great in the short time I have had it.

It is a good dryer and it looks swell too. It took a "load" off my back to have an appliance like this. My head was "spinning" before I got this. My clothes are dry like my humor.

Bought this dryer to match the Maytag washer we have in hopes it would be as good as the washer and all the reviews said it was...not quite the cause it don't dry nowhere as fast as the reviews say it does unless you use the extra power button with out using the extra power button it takes 2 drying cycles to dry a load. And the controls are tilted up so up you have it stacked on your washer it's hard to see the controls

I love my dryer, dries well, big on the inside for a big load has a wrinkle free button and a time button. I made a good choice

This model states that it works as a stackable unit, however, the instrument panel is angled towards the ceiling... which makes it difficult to see. We've had it now for a couple weeks and have had to put in a service call due to a bad pully, which makes a scratching noise when running. Coincidently, to replace this part, you need to unstack to get to the top of the unit vs pulling off the front cover which was all we had to do with our Whirlpool model. This is our first Maytag appliance and thus far, not instilling me with a ton of confidence.

Seems everything is going touch screen and this dryer has both a dial selector and the touch screen. Only challenge is that the alarm is such a high frequency, you don't hear when the cycle is complete.

Replaced a previous Maytag dryer. Works as expected. Front controls are sensitive while running so be careful to not touch while it is running.

Quality product in the past, trust the same now, thirteen years service to be exact.

So happy with this purchase! Best Buy even installed and removed my older machine.
