While the washer is doing a good job and we are pleased with it, the dryer is the poorest performing clothes dryer we have ever owned. It's overall performance is very poor. It is not capable of drying even the smallest of loads in a single cycle. Every effort to dry clothes in this dryer requires at least two cycles. And if it's a very heavy load, forget it because it will never dry in a Maytag. For example, drying two regular bath towels today required using two cycles of 1 hr 20 minutes each cycle. If that's not poor performance I don't know what is. I will never buy another Maytag electric clothese dryer, nor will I ever recommend the product to anyone.

The item was costly and I am not sure its the best product its kinda loud, not a whole lot of detailed instructions and yu have no control of alot of the features there kinda automatic

Doesn’t seem to have as many features as my last Maytag. Seems like it takes a greater amount of time to dry clothes. This is just an average dyed. I would highly recommend looking for a different model.
