Easy install, leveling feet in tight location was a little tedious. Cloths don’t always dry completely, testing settings and load size to see if it helps

I am on phone with Best Buy now because I was told the skip in the start up was a short in my hook up. It has been verified that there is no short in my hook up but the dryer itself. The button to push the dryer to start takes so long to start and then if you push the button it gets stuck in between the pause and start. I am hoping Best Buy can move the exchange for a different model dryer very quickly and hassle free but my wait time is 58 minutes...

Stopped working after a year

Bought the maytag washer and dryer together. The washer has been doing well, but the dryer used to take forever to dry clothes. Now, all of a sudeen it stopped working. Not even been a year of purchase. Had recently cleaned the vent- so i know dirty vent is not a problem. Overall bad product and not worth it.

The brand new unit is dead on arrival. It will not start. Very disappointed.

Just over one year (14 months) and the dryer stopped working. Probably a fuse, but really bad technical details online, so can't really troubleshoot.

Dryer isn’t very sturdy. No way near the quality as in the past.

I can not rate the equipment which I bought on Jan. 21, 2020 and I still have the washer and dryer sitting in my utility room.
Maybe we will have service on February 18.... maybe 4 times is the charm.

When I went to pick this item up it was damaged on pick up, it was listed for excellent condition when it was more in fair condition.

The tape that was used all over the machine left a residue that took me hours to take off. The dryer when stacked are hard to see the controls, but the machine worked well. The tape that was used is the best buy tape. Note: they should get better tape.
