After 17 years, I traded in my old Kenmore elite for this Maytag, and I am so pleased. I wanted a heavy sturdy machine and a fast drying machine.... it's like my Kenmore when I first purchased it 17 years ago, with 4 kids and baskets full of laundry to be cleaned.

We bought this on an open box deal when the dryer we went to look at wasn't in stock. Glad we did. So far it's been a very nice dryer. Many dry settings. We tried several before we found what works best for us. Easy to clean lint catcher with a reminder.

Dryer works well. Does dry the clothes. The machine is pretty noisy. I also don't like the fact that you can't turn the start/end of cycle "song" off or even turn it down!!

I really like the dryer. I am still trying out some settings. Haven't used the steam cycle yet. It dryers clothes efficiently and within a reasonable time frame. I can dry a larger load than I could with my old dryer in the same amount of time. Dryer is quiet.

So far so good great price and cleans the clothes well

I have nothing negative to say. This was a consumer reports recommended product; and the value at Best Buy was above and beyond. It works fantastic. I have had a high efficiency dryer in the past that didn't dry the clothes enough. This was does the trick and more!

We bought this a few months ago. After about 2 months it started making rattling noises. It still makes noise. We haven't had chance to call for service but with it being this new I don't think it should be making noise.

If your looking for a dryer for your clothes and to do all sorts of other cool things, this is the one right here chief. Its got all the gadgets and buttons and can pretty much make coffee and massage your back. Buy it. Do it. Now.

I bought the dryer for my girlfriend, so I have not personally used it. However, she is very discriminating, and she loves it. In fact, now she wants me to sell the Whirlpool Cabrio washer that I bought last year and go buy the matching Maytag washer.

Maytag is my go to for appliances. Had switched to Samsung - and then they were recalled. Went back to Maytag and glad I did. Features are much better and feel like the quality is a better fit for our use.

I did my research before buying a washer and dryer combo. Maytag makes amazing units that last a long time with minimum maintenance needed. These two units are at a great price considering they have a steam clean and dry option. The only downside to these units and the reason I am giving a lower rating, is there loud. While I would still recommend these it would be for homes for the laundry room is in the basement or in an area that won't disturb the rest of the house due to the noise level.

The bedding setting ended up balling up the bedding. The regular setting worked fine, although it did require some extra drying time (but that's to be expected with most dryers). Overall a very nice dryer.

Works great, huge drum great for large items. Rated 4 only because I have cabinets above my laundry, when I reach in the cabinet the slightest touch triggers the sensor and turns the drum light on. Drives me crazy but love the set. Only purchased a couple weeks ago I'm sure I will get used to this.

Dryer features are great, way quieter than my last dryer. The only drawback is it seems to leave towels, blanket, and heavy clothes damp unless set on the "more dry" setting. Other than that no issues.

Well, after having to wait (disgruntled) for a month and a half while the washer was on back order (having received 3 separate delivery dates), we finally received everything we ordered. All seems to be working well at this time. A word of advice: BUY THE PEDESTALS! THEY'RE WORTH IT! We'll see!

Love this dryer! It has multiple cycles, including a steam cycle to keep out the wrinkles. It has a quick dry mode, that will get the clothes dry in less than 30 minutes. It is my first Maytag, but very happy!

Excellent appliance, the steam setting had ended ironing for our household, and the well lit drum is so convenient. Also has an indicator for airflow do you can avoid clogged ducts and not burn your house down.

I've had the dryer for two weeks now. I'm still learning the different settings, but I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My only complaint is the volume of the chime every time you power on or press a button.

Great service from the delivery team. However, the washer that we ordered was defective upon initial delivery. We thought about cancelling the service, but the salesperson was very helpful and knew what he was doing for us. So, we decided to move forward and now, we're happy.

After buying a Samsung 14 years ago, having several breakdowns, with expensive repairs, I returned to Maytag and have not been disappointed. I admit that the Samsung is more athetically pleasing, the dependability does not compare with the Maytag.
