I bought this game at launch and played it for countless hours until I finally got the platinum trophy. This game is extremely fun due to how you can choose to attack a mission. If you like sneaking that is an option, if you like full on assault that is an option, if you like sending in your talented sniper to take out the enemy that is also an option. These are just a few of the ways a player can complete the 50+ missions and 100+ side quests available in this game.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS AND HE WAS AFRAID TO PLAY IT AT FIRST AND ONCE HE GOT PAST THE FIRST SEEN THERE WAS NO GOING BACK. IM NOT SURE IF HE BEAT THE GAME YET BUT HE HAS BEEN ON IT CONSTANTLY.

Nice update to a gotta have classic stealthy first/third person shooter.

Kojima ends one of the best video game franchises on a perfect high note. It's sad to know that we won't see another game in this franchise, but what a way to end it. Hats off to you Kojima. You are the man.

this is a good game the best so far. the game has a lot of good graphics

MGS is one of the greatest gaming series of all time and this new chapter just adds to the overall great story these games have told. If you've liked past versions of MGS, then you'll enjoy this one as well.

Metal gear solid 5 the phantom pain is the evolution of the metal gear franchise it's the best controlling metal gear there has ever been and the game truly lets you approach missions the way that you want

Phantom Pain is an action-packed adventure game that makes occasional use of stealth dynamics. If you never played a Metal Gear solid game before then you definitely owe it to yourself to give this a try.

I've been a fan since the first series and this series has been fantastic I guess with new system just expect better if you played the series before you won't be upset at this one just a really good game

great game all around. paced perfectly, deep complex but not overwhelming. Lots of freedom to try different things. Replayability is super high. So much to unlock. Go get it you will not be disappointed.

I've always been a MGS fan, and this game does not let down. The story is more sandbox based unlike the linear games of the past but with that said I love this game and the detail that goes into it.
