The picture is extremely confusing. It appears as though the stereo will be mounted ON TOP of the dash in the existing compartment also located on top of the dash. The guys say it goes where the existing radio is…my installation was delayed bc they didn’t inform me i needed the extra $300 part. They took $100 off the price for the misunderstanding but I’ll be seeking for other $200 as well. All that said i can’t say for sure where the installation will be bc it’s not done yet (Dec 7).
