Great kit for radios. Makes it look clean. I used it with and apple echar play radio and looks good.

This item is made of a flimsy cheap plastic but does fill any gaps or seams one may have when installing their deck. The holes to screw the frame to the deck don't line up perfectly on my Kenwood deck but they are close and there are lots of them. Do not screw the plastic frame to your deck sleeve to tightly or the thin plastic will break on you. I used this kit with both my Ford f150 and Ford E350 Chinook rv. Worked fine with very minor adjustments. If tyou are installing a single din deck this contains a pocket style insert for underneath the deck. Useful for cellphones and misc crap. If you are installing a double din deck then you simply use the large plastic frame and save the other pieces for a future install perhaps. There wiring harnesses are a different story and of limited use in my opinion. Not plug and play and still requires cutting wires and attaching the harness. You might as well just crimp or solder the wires together directly as you will be doing the same amount of work and can then eliminate another adapter and failure point in your system. Just a helpful hint this the harnesses are usually bought at the same time as these dash kits.

Purchased the wrong kit, as my vehicle is older than the years recommended. My mistake...but I made it work! Looks great. Had to trim a little so the car stereo would fit but it worked out great. I am highly satisfied with this purchase.

The quality is good for the price. The product was a little off on the size but the quality was good just needed to trim the kit some also the tabs were a little off lined.

This is a must for head unit install. Without this mount my new head unit would flop around my car like rabid spider monkey.

I had a friend tell me his story of buying a double din unit to replace his stock radio. He went on to tell me that he did not purchase the install kit and just used some black duct tape and foam to finish his install. Trust me, you should use the install kit. Clean as stock if not better.

The product does what it is supposed to do. The plastic is really cheap so be careful not to break it while installing.

Worked as described. Easy to install, install is secure, no bounce. Used this item in my son's 2004 Ford Freestar van to mount after-market double-din stereo. Eezy-peezy. Looks good once installed too.

This kit is a decent value for being cheap. All it is is just the holster for the radio. No wire harness or antenna. The plastic is pretty durable and can handle a little bending without cracking. It leaves a tiny gap in my truck but not really noticeable.
