This kit includes every conceivable setup you can imagine for an installation. You will dispose of 2/3 of the included parts, because you won't need them. The installation instructions are open to interpretation since they don't exactly match the product, but it worked and it fits nicely in my 2005 Mustang. Replacing the double DIN factory unit with a new single DIN, I even got a little storage cubby out of it! The plastic is flimsy and the top of the aforementioned cubby is visibly bowed. When locked in, the receiver is slightly recessed, making it look decidedly aftermarket. It worked. It fit. I kept it. Try to find a better kit, if you can.

This fit a 2005 Ford Mustang perfectly. When using the larger adapter for the larger screen Kenwood, I had to cut the ears off the side brackets in order to put it into the dash. These were not needed in my application.

This kit worked perfectly in a 2005 Ford focus. Removed the stock radio that was looking pretty shabby. Don't forget the wiring harness, that's a separate purchase.

Used the double din assembly part and it got the radio just fine. It was when I tried putting it in the area where the radio goes that was the hard part. There are two tabs that I couldn't get past sides of the console area so I ended up cutting those off with a hacksaw just to get them to fit. After that it was good.
