The steering wheel control wires are part of the 20 pin harness that goes to the radio. I guess it does supply the wires needed that aren’t provided with the radio pigtail once you unpin them from this connector and repin to the above mentioned 20 pin connector. I was able to find it online as an open box purchase for 4 bucks so it was definitely worth it.

Installation was simple, and it has worked flawlessly since I installed it about a month ago.

Good Brand, just not the right adapter for my car

Good news is that BB was able to swap it out for the right one and still get my new stereo installed!

After waiting for 40 minutes while your employees ignored me and played around. And the harness did not even go to my car. Was a horrible experience with best buy . None of what they sold me worked or went to my car

Camera lost features
