Your Geek Squad team assembled and installed an Elite Sableframe 110" projector screen in my home theater room and I am thrilled with the finished result. I even enjoyed watching the assembly and wall mounting because my 2 installers Paul Hudson and Michael Doremus were so very knowledgeable and professional, and beyond that, so pleasant and engaging to have in my home doing the install. They re-adjusted the projector focus and some picture settings (and made me feel good about my Panasonic PAE3000U projector, seeming very impressed with all the adjustment options available just from it's remote.) When they were finished they had cleaned up and every was centered so perfectly on the wall and screen I'd be surprised if anything was even a mm off. There was nothing left to do but watch some HD TV or a Blu Ray, and everything looked so much better. Paul and Michael are INFINITELY more knowledgeable about audio and video than anyone in your stores, including your Magnolia high end staff. (Seriously.) You should strive to hire more store staff in the mold of Paul and Michael to assist customers in your stores. I could not be more satisfied with the work they did nor the manner in which they conducted themselves and chatted with me as they worked. It was a great afternoon, and I would suggest that both gentlemen be given a substantial pay raise.

The screen was mounted well, but the bottom of the wall was off so I had to shim the bottom of the screen (behind) to get an even, square picture. Screen Innovation Slate 120 inch acoustically transparent screen

Not very impressed .The wife’s attached to the screen keeps falling all the time .Wilk have to call them again to redox the issue .Otherwise the installation was clean .
