I purchased Michael Kors Sofie smartwatch for my wife for our twelfth wedding anniversary and she absolutely loved it. She uses iphone and setup was simple. She loves being able to set the pusher buttons to be able to do a command that she chooses. After a few days she started to have connection issues between her phone and watch and was resolved by restarting the watch several times. About a week after purchase, the back of the watch became somehow de-bonded, and seemed that it was held together by some cheap glue. When we took it back to Best Buy they told us not to worry, because I had purchased the protection plan. The only problem is that if we opted to use the protection plan, we would have to purchase another plan if we wanted to stay protected for another two years. We decided to keep the watch and send it to the manufacturer for a repair. We sent it out and they repaired it for free and shipped it back in about two weeks. Now, at this point, it has had connection issues, a terrible debonding issue, and now it will turn off, not power back on, and will suddenly begin to vibrate until the battery dies. I think when the back came off, something internal was messed up, and now it seems like it won't power on unless you tightly hold the back down. As soon as you let it go it turns off and starts vibrating again. My wife really feel in love with the simplicity and looks of this watch, but the frustration of trying to keep it connected and keep it running has taken its toll. She has only had about a month total to wear and test out the watch. We are returning the watch today for a refund.

The watch was easy to use, has tons of different options for changing the face template of the watch screen. The app that comes with it is interesting but I think the functions should be a little easier to use.

Really nice looking watch just can’t really use with a iPhone

Very beautiful watch but its almost been 2 years and it no longer charges and its slowed down a lot and not fully compatible with my iPhone, definitely lost some functionality when I switched from a google pixel to the apple iPhone :(. Definitely got it only because its so pretty!

I read many comments about you can’t use it for iPhone, it does work excellent with iPhone, you just have to download the app. The battery doesn’t last much longer but for 6-8 hours it’s ok for me. I just had it for a month I hope my review doesn’t have to be changed in a future

Ordered as gift for my fiancé. Discovered after she unwrapped it that it was rose gold. I ordered silver. Was told I couldn’t return it because she opened it lol. To add insult to injury the thing only holds a charge for 30 mins. I would NOT recommend this product! Expensive junk drawer clutter at best.

This one is much lighter than the regular sofie watch , but looks the same And works the same but has the heart rate feature added to it is a bonus.

When you are downloading and customizing, the battery goes fast. Yes. But once everything's in order. It lasts around 7 or 8 hours. Which is fine by me.

What an utter disappointment, and you'd think a company like this would actually deliver. This watch is terrible, buy the Gen 5 Fossil instead. This was laggy, it froze, flat out wouldn't respond. It looks good and you get to brag about the name, but what a waste of money. Returned within 3 days. !!!!DO NOT BUY!!!
