It's not an easy game at all. There are a number of levels and different things for you to do. The view is kind of like controlling an R/C car. Unfortunately you cannot change the view. There's no way to make it easy for a little one. I would recommend it as a challenge though. Just because it says Micro Machines, doesn't mean it's easy.

The lack on online play and frustrating AI misses the mark completely. This could've been such a great come back to the classic series, but we're left with a mediocre outing.

Fun and entertaining with lot’s of action and car racing and shooting

Actually not a bad game. The battles and races are fun and actually a little challenging. Mostly an online game which is fine unless your looking for a story mode.

Good game if you like 'mini' cars. The update HD visuals look great plus you can race against your friends. I give it a 4 out of 5

For the price I was thinking this game would fail to impress but I was a huge fan of the original Micro Machines for NES back in 1991. I know you old school gamers remember the gold cartridge from Codemasters! That game was a classic! So, I had to check this game out and sure enough, it even has little facts about the original game and some other fun little reminders from the OG sprinkled throughout the game. This game is not only nostalgic, it's cool. They took advantage of modern capabilities within the game without losing the touch of the original game. Sure it is simple, but with added battle abilities and online play, this game delivers a lot of bang for the buck in my opinion. A must own game for any fan of the original and a game the new generation of kids can create nostalgic memories of the future with as well. Up to 4 players on a single console as well as PS4 Pro enhanced fun for under $30 can't be beat!

Wow, this game brings me back to the 1991 classic! It invigorates the creative innovation you would expect from a 2017 version without losing touch with the retro feel that will appeal to fans of the original. What a great way to bring the Micro Machines video game franchise to a new generation of gamers!

I played this game originally on the PSOne. This is just as fun, but with better graphics. Plays like an arcade game with network action. Takes a few races to get used to the drifting and sliding, but after that, it is loads of fun!

Picked this up for my son, thought it would be a good game for a young one, but i was wrong. Controls are pretty sloppy and hard.

Thought there would be more tracks and things to do in 2 player mode

I was really looking forward to MMWS, in fact I preordered the game on both the PS4 and XBox One. Unfortunately, Codemasters completely bungled the design of the game, making it effectively online-only with almost no single player content. I am returning both copies and will never get the game again, total disappointment. Hopefully Codemasters will learn a hard lesson from the failure of MMWS (which currently has a Metacritic score of 57-61 out of 100), because as it stands now their reputation has been severely damaged by this botched release. Don't waste your time on this one, it's not worth it at all.

My son is 10 and he really seems to enjoy this game. The tracks are set up like an obstacle course with other toys in a child’s room. It’s really cute

Bought this for Christmas for my sons, they didn’t like it, waste of money, vehicals are too hard to control. Most play options are online only, I don’t like that
