i had bought one of the cheaper gamepads with a wire (F310) it was ok but cord went bad in 2 months.. im a ps3 fan but they dnt make ps3 gamepads for the pc. so i looked around and i deceide to buy a xbox 360 control never play xbox much but was 10 times better then any other gamepad i think.. i never had any problems so far. works great with call of duty black ops.. sends the comands fast. for me its been lag free.. i heard there has been problems with the control on windows vista. i use window 7 and havnt had problems yet. but if u want a control thats gunna last this is the one.

I bought it, set it up, used it for about 3 hours before it started locking up my system, while play GTA IV eflc, I would aim to shout the controller would start vibrating then I'd have to do a hard restart of the system, kept it for about a week before I finally gave up and returned it. I really couldn't understand what the problem was as my system specs are as follows AMD Phenom X4 925, 8gb ram ATI 4850 1GB DDR 3

I got this about two months ago. The one review has said it lock up the computer. I use it all the time to play may games never lock up my computer. It's great xbox controller on a pc. Then you can take it and play on on the xbox system as well!

I mainly got this item for playing Fallout 3 on my PC and MAN was I amazed with this product. I also used this to play Halo and just as good. I would recommend this item to anyone who has Halo, Fallout 3, or any other Xbox games. The only bad thing was I had to install the newest driver for my Windows 7 PC. Other than that, LOVE IT. :)

I was needing a controller for PC gaming. I also needed a second controller for my XBOX 360. This controller fit the bill. If you like the 360 controllers, this is exactly the same controller and can be used for PC gaming. One problem though. If your computer is close to your Xbox 360, you will turn on the 360 when powering up the controller for use with the PC.

Do NOT use this controller if you are using a pc. This thing gives out ramdom commands to the pc. While playing Black Ops, if you start sprinting all of a sudden it starts shooting. This is the most common, but it has changed weapons or set clamore all of which you can't even assign to the joystick???? What a piece of JUNK!!!!!
