Was working remotely and my company sent me this MS Surface. Loved it so much I brought one for my personal use.
I scored on on Open Box for sooo much cheaper too. Score!!

Not that reliable and a nightmare to service

The most important thing to know about the Surface Laptop line is they are a nightmare to service. I wish I had known this, as I never would have purchased this. Right after the warranty expired the speaker started buzzing and the Microsoft tech support churns up valuable time making you chase solutions that clearly have no merit (hint - it is not software, my speaker is obviously blown or damaged). When I searched online I discovered these are not designed to be serviceable. Nobody wants to touch this Microsoft product outside of warranty.
