Honestly the quality is good overall, the price was definitely a steal and I love the color. I have had no complications despite a noise that comes from the system when it is charging and turned on. I didn’t expect the best quality with a refurbished product but I was pleasantly surprised.

Very nice! comfortable and versatile. This laptop meets my daughter's expectations, she will use it for school activities.

I've seen a few reviews slamming Geek Squad refurbished computers, but I did not have that sort of problems with this laptop. It was in great cosmetic shape and wouldn't have able to tell if it was sold as new. The battery life was also decent. Ran smoothly. And it was priced at a bargain. But I ended up returning it only because I found a like new Surface Laptop 4 at a few dollors more.

Laptop will not work without being connected to power. Have spent hours on support with Microsoft and they cannot fix the problem either - this computer should never have been sold by Best Buy as a working refurb

Product was exactly as advertised (2nd attempt). If you're looking for a laptop that looks & feels like a tablet with a keyboard, this is it! Super light and thin, this bad boy travels very well.

When I received this item, first off- it was sent in a flimsy box. I opened the laptop and drops of coffee or soda pop was splattered randomly on the keyboard. It had a verification of passing a refurbished test- well they didn’t check everything because half the keys, mostly on the right side, didn’t work. I was excited to receive this item, but I guess you get what you pay for when it’s refurbished.

This laptop has been amazing! No issues & processes quickly! Will be buying another for our college student.

Just picked it up from the store, and it is awesome. It looks brand new, and everything works. It even has a touchscreen.

I got this as a replacement for the same model originally purchased new with a Geek Squad plan--both died with power issues. The first one began to overheat after a year and would suddenly shut down after a few minutes of use, and the refurbished replacement died within a week, showing only a brief Windows logo, then black screen unresponsive input, loud fan noise, battery couldn't keep a charge. While this laptop was not good, the Geek Squad Protection plan was the best decision for the original purchase.
