The controllers works fine. The only time I had issue was getting it paired with my PC the very first time but since then it works great.

The controls were refurbished, but looked new and function just like new. We are very happy with them especially with the reduced price.

I wanted a controller for my PC and the XBOX controller works well. If you want to do wireless and your PC does not have bluetooth you'll need to buy another adapter but it was easy to use as well.

I bought a used Microsoft XBOX One white controller for my XBOX One S. Came in great package and was received in great condition. Works and I don't have a problem with it. Would recommend to buy.

I was apprehensive this would work that well being refurbished...but I can't notice any noticeable difference from when we bought controllers new. I love saving money on products that work!

Could not tell this had been refurbished. no marks or anything else. Immediately paired and connects faster than my older xbox one control (the one I got was the newer model with the 3.5mm jack).
