Poorly packaged but still in a package none the less. The controller had dirt In it, so whoever had to clean it did a bad job checking but otherwise ok overall.

Only complaint is they put tape around it that left a super sticky residue that won't come off. So because of that only 4 stars.

This is my first console and everything works well and good condition. The controller works good too.

Returned it, and reordered it in store. Just for it to get delayed again. All of that just to get the console and it work. But then come to find out: They gave me a black xbox one controller, not the advertised white series x controller. So im returning it once again, hopefully giving me a discount for the inconvenience
