A Great Replacement

This charger works great. I don’t need to keep disconnecting and reconnecting just for my laptop to start charging like my previous one.

The one that came with it, only lasted a year and I probably only used my laptop 10 times, if that the whole year. It had a short or something. The new one was a little pricey, but no other options. Works great, and I hope it last a long time.

But the best part of having this power supply is the service that came from Best Buy! My kitten decided to snack on the 12 volt side just before a major report was due. With 15 minutes before the local Best Buy store closed they scrambled to provide this power supply. A total happy ending. Oh, the kitten is happy too.

Won't work if you try to plug it sideways
