Love the size. It’s not bulky and heavy. The overall look is amazing. It’s very easy to use and the keyboard is great.

This laptop is pretty amazing. It's fast and fluid, everything is just so smooth. I've had it for quite some time and it still works like brand new. The screen is beautiful and the speakers sound really really great. You can do some gaming on here of older titles but on low settings. The battery life is very good as well. With regular use i can get around 10 to 11 hours. I can also watch about 5 or 6 hours of movies on here. I highly recommend.

We already owned a Surface 3 and were happy with it. We bought this for our daughter who was about to go to college and she loves it. Lightweight, compact and there is so much you can do with it.

Fast, easy to connect to Wifi, fast - I went from a Mac Pro laptop - lost 75% weight and the battery life is good for a day at school - great buy

This laptop was an 'open box' item and was flawless inside and out. It is fast and nimble. Love the touch screen and the touchpad has just the right sensitivity. The keyboard provides useful touch feedback. Display is a good size without being overwhelming. Love the magnetic charging cable that easily detaches rather than sending the laptop flying if someone accidentally runs into the cable. Lightweight and slim.

I purchased the surface laptop on sale and don’t regret it. The Surface boots up quickly, has facial recognition that will sign you into the compiluter upon recognition. Has full functionality of a laptop with the touchscreen ability of a tablet. It’s super thin and portable as well. Love it! While a little pricy, it’s worth it. Downloading the Microsoft 10 Pro OS is a must though to provide the greatest flexibility.

I purchased this for work. I travel a lot and needed a lightweight laptop that could do what the others did. This is fast and light as a feather with the longest battery life! Vibrant display and soft covering for your hands/wrists for typing (no one else has this) the power cord is even compact and light! No conflicts with Microsoft updates either. So many features I have not even explored yet!

Solid laptop design and performance. Screen display is great. Portability isn't as good as the surface pro but it is still better than a lot of laptops on the market.

Very quick processor, very light weight which is perfect for me traveling to class and fitting in my backpack, familiar format that's easy and anybody can use.

It's a beautiful laptop. I chose the burgundy one and I love the color. The fact that it is a touchscreen is awesome. I really like the face recognition logon.

I needed an upgrade from my old 17.3" HP in a major way, and this Surface Laptop does not disappoint. Although I am not a gamer or a person who uses lots of graphics, this laptop is great for all of my business needs. Thin and lightweight. Touchscreen is perfectly responsive without being too sensitive. I haven't really timed the full battery life, but it seems good. So far, so good!

I am simply amazed how fast this Laptop is compared to Dell products. The screen resolution is twice as good as Dell and I love the finish on the keyboard.

This laptop is perfectly okay, but considering how much I paid for it and the Mcrosoft name, I should have gotten something that blew my socks off. It's speedy, easy to use for everyday tasks and some mild multimedia applications. Windows Hello turned out to be awesome and made the computer quick to start up out of sleep mode. The design makes me feel like the coolest hipster in Starbucks and the keyboard is something I wish I could take with me to another laptop - because that's what I'm getting. Once the honeymoon wore off, I'm finding lag issues, low streaming quality and the beginnings of some heating issues, I just can't justify the price for this machine. If you're using it more as a student assistant for light processing or just to surf the web, this is the coolest laptop on the block. Push it a little further though and you'll be better off with a cheaper option.

Bought the Surface laptop after looking at the Surface line since the original Surface. Didn't need/want the tablet form factor and the Surface book was a bit pricey for me, so the Surface Laptop was right in the sweet spot for me. Had it a couple of weeks now and love it. Great form factor - light, durable and (relatively) powerful. The keyboard and track pad are great, the screen is bright and clear with the bonus of being a touchscreen. I use it mainly for MS Office / Gsuite document creation and it's perfect for that. The speakers and microphone are loud and clear for video conferencing. The sound is natural and warm - not tinny or boxy like a lot of laptops I've used. So far the fact that the PC only has one USB port hasn't been a problem. I have a Bluetooth mouse, so I don't need a port for that. Works fine with my USB drive, but I mostly work in OneDrive and Google Drive, so I don;t use that much. It might be blasphemous, but this feels like a next-generation Macbook for Windows, I love it.
