Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after finally receiving this laptop from best buy and having been severely behind work from losing my previous one I was ready to get back to work. However after having it for 3 days the laptop required me to do an update so being new I followed the prompts and updated it. The update took place 5/18/2020. After the update the screen became covered in pixilated dots the cursor would not navigate the screen properly and would even go black eventually the laptop wouldn't even allow me to put in a password to get to my desk top. Geek squad at best buy would not be able to help me address my problems until 6/1/2020. Needless to say this has not helped me get caught back up with work and i now have a top of the line laptop that I cannot use. I hope best buy will either resolve this issue or replace the laptop on 6/1/2020. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Needed something that would update without future problems. Beautiful chassis. Great touchscreen display. My dad has been using for more than a month now without any hitches. Thumbs up in my opinion!

For the price , it gives you less value. I thought it will compete against the dell xps 15.6 , since they fall in similar price range but I must say it doesn't'. Its not a bad laptop I was just disappointed with the performance. I returned for the dell xps. I think Microsoft must not just focus on beautiful design but great performance as well.

THE POWER IS AS IT SHOULD BE AS A NEW GENERATION COMPUTER. MY PROBLEM IS THE LACKOF NATIVE OR SYSTEM MAGNIFICATION AVAILABLE TO ME. IT IS THEREFORE LIMITED, IT'S MESSAGES ARE THE PREVERBIAL FINE PRINT. MAYBE I JUST CAN'T FIND IT, BUT MY LAST LAPTOP WAS EASILY DEALT WITH SO I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH IT AND ENJOYED IT.

Last week i was browsing the web and it blue screened then I had to reboot and then I got UEFI and a corrupted hard drive. Best buy honored the fault and issued me a new one.
