I moved to the Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 from an older Alienware and love it. The chassis feels solid. It's fast. I was unsure I'd like the sueded surface, but it's not aggressive and makes the surface feel more comfortable. The ports are minimal, but I think it's still a great laptop.

My tech guy doesn't love these computers because they are not servicable and they are expensive. Either way, i absolutely love this powerhouse. The machine is light, fast and powerful. It is such a pleasure to operate and it starts up in about 2 seconds.

Internal Power Died. This is a light weight basic laptop with limited built in adapters. Still, you expect it to last, but it does not. There is some issue with the internal power that causes these to cease working. Its happened twice to me.

I LOVE ITTTTT. I have been with microsoft for awhile now. Technology isn't perfect but I'm willing to ride the storm with this product. Being an intermediate graphic designer, I'll take this over a macbook anyday. Do you know how many impressions I make when I have the ability to touch my screen lol

I've owned this laptop for the past two years, and I absolutely love it! It's done everything I've needed and more. The only reason I would update it now is because of CoPilot.

I bought this to replace my Surface Pro 3. Best Buy had the model in stock and holiday savings. No complaints so far just getting used to the new Windows format. The keyboard, screen and battery life are excellent. I do not have any complaints as I like the quality of Surface products.

I have tried several computers over the past few months - macbook pro, my personal computer is an HP Spectre, a Dell XPS 13 (that I returned), and then this computer. In general I needed a computer for work, where I'm mostly in Google Chrome and the Microsoft Office Suite all day. Pros: BIG pro is the lack of bloatware. I've found in buying Dells and HPs they shove all this unnecessary software on there - this computer is a Windows computer running Windows OS - very smooth. I like the screen ratio - less 'widescreen' than other laptops and a bit taller - this suits me. Feel - it feels nice and simple. I like how it opens using only one hand, it feels very smooth, just a very nice and 'no BS' feel. The trackpad is great - comparable to the macbook pro. I hate the trackpad on the HP Spectre, this one is excellent. Specs seem more than enough for the type of work I'm doing - I can't review for gaming or video editing or anything like that, but for basic work it seems more than enough. Cons: I love the keyboards on the Macbook Pro and the Dell XPS 13 - the keys on this keyboard are just that bit harder to use. Several reviews mentioned this - the bezels around the screen. The fact that this computer still has pretty significant bezels surprises me, and is a bit annoying. It means this feels a bit less like a 13 inch compact laptop, it has a bit more heft to it. Plugs - I'm surprised this still has a bespoke charging cable and doesn't use USB C charging, and I'm also very surprised that it still has a USB A port - really feel like this is a bit of a waste of space now.

Good product in the overall but doesn’t have HDMI outlet

I really like my Microsoft laptop. I do not regularly use the battery. When I have, it has lasted for about two hours. I am satisfied with the display and the processing speed.

Absolutely love this laptop! The color is a stunning light pink. It's the perfect-sized laptop for everyone to enjoy. The touchscreen is perhaps my favorite function of this laptop!

This laptop was purchased for my son. For college, he needs a reliable, lightweight device with good battery life. As long as he's happy, so am I.

Love this PC! It has great video, very fast with i7 and 16GD of RAM. I have butt using it to run a few Windows VM's and has performed great. Recommended for sure.

Excellent buy! The performance. light weight and sleek design were what I was looking for in a laptop. I’ve had Compaqs, HPs and Dells in the past. I’m pleased with Microsoft’s Surface.

I have been using it for 9 months. Stylish ultraportable laptop with good battery life. Very fast face recognition. Would have liked a couple of additional ports.

Microsoft made a great little machine. The only drawback was that I wished it had a larger screen. They do make a larger one, but I couldn't afford it. If Microsoft or Best Buy is reading this, let me have the larger one with a 1 Terabit SSD drive. It is very thin and weighs extraordinarily little. You can put it on your lap and the heat is minimal. I have an I9 9900 computer, and this doesn't quite go as fast, but it does run at a respectable speed. Thier are other companies that sell the same thing at a lower price, but you can't go wrong with the name of Microsoft.

Perfect size and speed for taking to my clients. Does just what I need and replaced my heavy slow laptop.

The laptop came on time for Christmas and came in great condition! My husband loves it! The only downside was the flimsy charger and not being able to move the laptop when charging due to the poor charging port. Other than that great!
