Love the MS Surface, very light, easy to use, no unwanted extra programs. And such a pretty blue color, too!

I purchased a Microsoft - Surface Laptop - Copilot+ PC - 13.8" Touch-Screen - Snapdragon X Plus 10 Core - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD (7th Edition) - Sapphire last month. I had a previous model from 5 years ago with half the memory and disk space capacity. The battery life in this new model lasts 3-4 hours. it's slightly heavier than the surface laptop from 5 years ago and that's the reason for the 4 stars vs 5. However, i did know that before I purchased. Best Buy had a good sale at the time of purchase and that fit within my budget. The screen resolution is sharp and laptop meets my daily needs.

Using it everyday for tasks like working on my business and simple scrolling. This has been the laptop I’ve needed for years.

My granddaughter loves the “ease of use”, speed and the copilot feature.

I love the surface product! The copilot AI is seemless and runs smooth. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

While the computer itself is favorable, there is a known problem with the charging function and Microsoft has yet to correct it. After having this for 4 1/2 months it would no longer charge. We have a second Surface in the family and tried the other charging cable - still it would not charge. Through Microsoft's website we reported the (known) issue and started a work order, sending the (new)computer back to Microsoft to fix the charging issue. We received it back shortly after but they did NOT fix it - they simply included a nasty note saying that they found (damage) not covered by the Manufacturer warranty. We (my wife and I) work office jobs and our computers stay on our desks ; there has been no "Damage" - but now we have 5 month old computer (with 7 months remaining on the Best Buy 12-months interest free plan" that cannot function! Beware - what good is a laptop if it cannot charge. Lok for yourself on the Microsoft service threads and Google - it is a very known problem (on their part) and they refuse to do anything about it

Great laptop for business. Easy to use out of the box.

A little slow on waking up, But over all it is good to go.

The laptop is great, but I’m disappointed with the customer service. Several employees told me the laptops would have a sale 4th of July but it didn’t. However the week before it had a sale for $100 off but an employee told me to wait. I ended up paying full price since it’s such a hard color to get

We bought this laptop for my son to take with him to college this fall. We’ve only used it a little bit, but so far we’re very happy with it. The Associate that helped us in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to make a good decision.

I come from iOS and I Love My Windows Computer. Took a little getting use to but over all I have no Complaints

We have a total of 3 of these identical laptops, all purchased within the last several months. In addition, we've been buying Microsoft Surface laptops for more than 10 years now for business. I was had very high expectations for this. The fit and finish is outstanding and it's overall a beautiful machine. The limitation is the non-Intel processor. I know these have a reputation for outstanding battery life and it seems "snappy", but it's definitely a bit buggy. All 3 of them will "stall" for several seconds, and then catch back up. Almost like it's thinking about something. Once it "finishes" it catches up and it's quick. Battery life is also excellent. I marked this a few stars down because I know it's an issue with this model, and I assume it's this processor because the half dozen other Surface's, with Intel processors, don't do this, so it's not specific to this physical computer.

This is an excellent product it fulfills every need for a work environment

So far so good ! I LOVE the color and the touch screen, I like how you can adjust the settings to your liking
